While the rating for this restaurant is 95 I was very disappointed in how long it took to get our food. Our burgers were prepared and sitting on the counter waiting for onion rings. When we finally received our meal the burgers were luke warm at best and the onion rings were over cooked - at least they were crispy.We should have known better. It seems like all Whataburgers are slow getting food out.Although I will also say I do like the size of their burgers for the money. Just wish they'd wait until everything is ready before putting them together so the food could be hot.

Dont go!!! I sat in the whataburger drive thru for an hour just to find out after paying they couldn't make my order bc they ran out of chicken. Customers service was awful the part time worker had to tell me and issue my return bc the manager was too busy inside.

We placed our order in drive thru line at 4pm today. We were behind one other car in line.we ordered two #1 and a chicken strip kids meal. When asked if we wanted a cookie or brownie we said cookie and were told they were out of cookies. We got to the window and paid and then waited a lil bit and were given our drinks. We were then told our food was just about finished and they asked us to pull up to yellow line. After some more waiting, it was 417pm and I tried to flag over attendant who was working with customers in lane b. He turned and went to customer behind him instead of trying to understand my phone issue. At this point it's 421pm and I've had enough. We've been waiting in drive thru for 21 minutes with a hungry 2 year old. I walk in and upon seeing the tons of employees working, am trying to understand why we can't get our food, cause after all, that's what y'all do. I ask to speak to a manager and was greeted by a very nice lady who asks me the name on my order, I tell her and then a frantic few minutes of a lot of looking for my order ensues. Great, I'm thinking, they forgot about us. Our order was retrieved and we were told how sorry they were.Once in the car, and tasting our food, we were disappointed with lukewarm food and cold fries. And then,what do we find in the kid's meal, a cookie.We felt as if a 25 minute wait was uncalled for and someone definitely forgot about us. Being ignored and lost in the chaos led to disappointment. You've got to do better whataburger. For the amount of money we paid, this was not worth it.

Just getting too expensive to go anymore for us old folks.... This will be our last visit...... Though the food is filling and usually prepared fresh, the past few times our onion rings were overcooked and greasy..... Tired of having to ask for a replacement then our burger and patty melt gets cold or soggy waiting....too expensive for that and shouldn't have to ask ya know.....just shouldn't have to.
