Every time I have gone to this location I have items missing. Seems like I’m not the only one from these reviews. It’s very frustrating considering how expensive the food is and how long it takes to get it. Will not be back. Can never get a hold of a manager to fix the problem.

Without a doubt one of the worst Whataburger’s in Texas! When you pay $30 and don’t receive the items that you purchased time and time again it gets beyond frustrating.This is not a first, it has been a reoccurring issue ever since it’s been open.

Customer service was amazing for the Corpus Christi area. Food has gone down in quality since the company was sold.
Went through drive thru at lunch time. Order grilles chicken meals. Arrived within 4 minutes. Hot well cooked chicken plus nice sides.

We come to this Whataburger all the time because it’s a family favorite for sure. I was getting lunch for my 2yr old and myself today when I realized my partner had my debit card. While in line I tried loading Apple Pay, loading the Whataburger app to add funds, anything I could to not keep the line waiting. But my phone service was running too slow and wouldn’t get far enough in any app. So I asked the cashier Will if I could just get the kids meal because I had just enough cash for that. Will got his manager Jamie explaining the situation and without me asking, paid for the remaining balance of my food and told me both mom and baby should be able to eat. After a rough start to our morning this was just the nicest thing. Thank you so much Will and Jamie!!

We go here because it's the closest one to us. Horrible place, I waited over 40 minutes for my breakfast order. No one seemed to care at all where my food was or when I would get it. They've constantly gotten my order wrong and the amount of attitude I get for wanting it corrected is absolutely ridiculous. I rather go half an hour away instead of going here. I'll ask for sweet tea or half unsweet half sweet and I'll get some random drink instead... doesn't matter if I go inside or not they can't seem to get it.
