Excellent service Sunday 3/24 ~7:00 PM. I had a slight mishap with my sandwich, so I called the store. The guy who answered the phone was polite and sincere when offering to make it right. Both of the employees were very kind and considerate when I made it back.

Great food! Love the bacon. Must try the CheeseburgerVegetarian options: Any sandwich can be made into a lettuce wrap. They also have cloud bread.Kid-friendliness: The kids menus are big. Comes with sandwich, chips, cookie and drink for under $6. Kids love this place.
Great place to eat. Sandwiches are amazing and way better than Jersey Mike's or Subway. French baguette is great! Have to try.

Paid $5 for a “shake”, that was just a cup of ice cream. Workers were rude and unfriendly, so I didn’t dare complain. Just had to eat it. It wouldn’t come up through the straw. We won’t be back.

Been here twice in the last week. Orders take longer than expected. Waited more than 20 mins both times for my sandwich. Just wish they were faster. Seems short staffed atm.

This location is getting progressively worse. Ice machine broken … you’re supposed to use a communal scoop in a styrofoam ice chest. No unsweet tea and no intention to brew more. Fries weren’t seasoned. Floors weren’t clean. Sandwiches were fine, but whoever owns this particular location needs to get some of these issues addressed.

I ordered the Thanksgiving sandwich and was never told that they were out of stuffing. They gave me my sandwich and I left the store which is 20 minutes from home. I got home and realized the stuffing wasn’t on the sandwich. I tried calling the location multiple times with no answer so I drove to the store. The gal said they were out of stuffing like it was no big deal and not the main part of the sandwich. Horrible first experience at Which Wich!

We haven't been in a while, but it didn't disappoint. We will be back.
Myself and 3 other co-workers all ordered individual lunches from Which Which online today, then one co-worker went to pick them up for all of us. When she got back to the office and everyone opened up their food, not one of our sandwiches was made correctly! And one of my co-workers had ordered chips and a drink, which were not with the order... she ended up having to drive back to the restaurant a second time, and they were super rude to her, even after she showed them her receipt to prove she had paid. My own personal experience...I ordered a BLT. Simple, right? WRONG!!! Apparently, no one there has ever eaten one before because what I got was a bacon sandwich... no lettuce, no tomato, and the mayo was all over the place inside the wrapper, but there was literally none on the sandwich at all. Another of my co-workers called and spoke with a manager because it was just too ridiculous that every order was wrong. The manager's response was that stuff like the lettuce and tomato were free. All she could do would be to refund us for stuff that we paid for, but since those were free, she couldn't do anything for us. Seriously?! A BLT with no L and T, and somehow, that is supposed to be acceptable. I had to throw it away... it was so dry, I could not swallow it! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Dirty tables, seating, and floors. Staff not friendly and no ice for the drinks. Cashiers said ice machine has been broken "for a while". If the place is this dirty where I CAN see, how dirty is it where I CAN'T see? Won't be back.

Just moved back to N.B. and used to love going here but manager/ lady making my sandwich, has a massive attitude problem. And at least don't let me hear when you're talking about me. Floors are dirty and sticky, I miss the old staff from awhile back before I moved. They were beyond kind, helpful and friendly. Might as well go somewhere else. Save your money, very disappointed.
