Love their wings, but 45 minute wait and this place is filthy. Tables littered with food and the drink area looked like it was last cleaned a decade ago, and ghetto music blasting way too loudly. The guy taking our order was unprofessional, yelling out randomly. Boxes of cups sitting on the front counter - horrible customer experience. Suggest you go elsewhere.

Order wings for 2, half crispy lemon pepper other half garlic parmesean regular. Garlic Parm way overcooked, counter girl said that's the way the come. No that's the way extra crispy comes out. Usually this place is good. Not today! ??

So you order delivery out of convenience because you decide to have a good time and not drink and drive.. you order food for the family. The complete order was not delivered. You leave a more than reasonable tip to only be left with an incomplete order. Upon calling in to the store to try to make things right.. all that is offered is a small combo meal on a different day? All we really wanted was the food ordered and payed for.

Manager working this evening clearly can’t handle the pressure of her job. I walked in to pick up a to go order I placed and she had me fill out a log in sheet because it was busy. After logging all my information in, she squinted here eyes and complained about my handwriting not being legible.(Maybe she forgot her glasses) I asked her to just cancel the order. She got upset and then told me, “don’t come back.” Who made her the decider of who can enjoy wing stops wings and who can’t?!? ? This lady should be TERMINATED.

Everytime I come to this location it's a bad experience. Today I ordered 3 sandwiches in advance. Showed up 20 minutes later for pickup, and had to wait another 40 minutes. The chicken in the sandwich was cold. The bun was almost warm. I won't be back.

I got a couple DoorDash orders here and their "freshness seal" is cheap and opens by the time you arrive to the customer and I asked if I could have another one and the girl with dark hair and goth makeup rolled her eyes at me and slapped one on hard... I'm just trying to keep my job as a dasher... rude

After 2 experiences at this WS: First one was dine in. Very hot and the order was spot on. My wife and I enjoyed our wings. The restaurant was very clean and the service was nice. Did not wait long. 2nd visit was a pick up: Order was ready upon arrival and exactly as ordered online. This was a busy Sunday, so I kinda expected a delay, buy no. Again, clean and friendly. Glad y'all are close!Keep up the great work!

Ordered 24 piece and every single one of them are drum sticks. My kids will only eat flats so that was a waste of lunch for today. We also asked for extra well done fries and they are extremely soggy. And no, it wasn't sitting there waiting for pick up, we were sitting there waiting for a pick up after already ordering online.

Ordered last night and had a few wings with a couple of small pieces of feathers but this one was the worst, absolutely no care was taken in what they were serving. My family couldn't even enjoy our meal we were so disgusted by the lack of cleanliness of our food.
