We got sick later that night after we ate here. The only thing we had in common was the ranch. This place still sucks. And the service was bad. That's the only thing that saved it last time.

Restaurant was dirty. Food all over the floor. Flies everywhere landing on tables and foor. Ladies restroom was filthy. Paper towels and toilet paper on the floors. I won't waste my money coming back. Lack of management

Waited almost 30 minutes for our food. Salad limp and warm. Cheese sticks hard and cold. Only 1 waiter in restaurant seemed to know what they were doing and it wasn't our waiter! Sent food back and manager never even checked to find out why. Worst experience in a bw3 ever.Update: finally got the manager and he could not have cared less. Used staffing as excuse. No accountability taken.

Good was good. Service was absolutely HORRIFIC!!!!!! 45 minutes before we got our food. Never got refills until he brought our food. My wife asked the waiter 3 times for ranch before she got it. If the food wasn't so good, I'd never come back. We have never had good service here except one other time. And the waiter is a certified trainer. Pathetic.

Service is slow and bartenders are inexperienced. We have been here a couple of times and the last time we waited at the bar, that was not busy on a Thursday night, for 30 mins and did not even receive an "i'll be right with you ." Ended up leaving to another restaurant and will likely not be back to this location.

This establishment lacks customer service. The entire leadership team should be embarrassed and needs a refresher class. Sarah (manager) discriminated against our family this evening and in the past I have heard some disgusting things come out of her mouth. Considering future legal actions.

Food here is delicious as always. I tried the beer battered fish sandwich for the first time, and it didn't disappoint.I do wanna mention that this location was kinda dirty. Maybe it was busy, but there was a lot of trash on the floor. I saw how they wiped tables, and its not getting cleaned like you'd think, mostly just wiping food down to the floor to leave a clear table.Kid-friendliness: The host was quick to offer a high chair for my baby.There were a lot of other couples with their babies here, too.

This establishment needs a customer service course. We ordered to go food at 5:20PM, the confirmation stated it would be ready by 5:40PM. We arrived at 5:35PM, I check in and am told it would be 5:58PM before it was ready. The to go area starts to fill up. We go back in at 6PM and it’s still not ready! 40 MINUTES LATER! The manager took zero accountability for the customers not being taking care of and then decided to be snarky to CUSTOMERS for her lack of managing. We finally got our food at 6:20PM. This was absolutely ridiculous. As a business owner I hate writing reviews, but this was not the way to treat your customers.
