For some reason the last 2x I came here I had a problem. The first time was fine. The second time I placed an app order my food wasn't ready until 20 minutes later. This being the third time. I place an app order my food was not ready. I didn't see my order. So I stood there by pick up and waited to be acknowledged, as I was completely ignored. Meanwhile a rude customer walks right infront of me. So I walked up to her and said hello, im here for a pick up. So I asked did they have an order for Lena. They said Lena and handed me a bag. As I left I read the receipt attached to the bag and that was not my order. I took it back. Shw thwn says thats the only order we have with a L in the name. She then asked me the name on the order and I showed her the app. She hands me the bag with just a sandwich and tells me to go grab my chips. Still frustrated with my order still not being ready and basically being brushed off. She then hands me a cup she basically stuck her hand in. I'm never coming here again! A sandwich, chips and a drink for almost $15 for poor service. No thanks.

I live in the Woodlands, but I was house sitting in Travola for the weekend and decided to try this place. I don't remember the young man's name that waited on me (3/8/24),but he was very professional and very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. I will definitely be back to this location for sure! Btw I visited around 4:30pm that day and my Philly cheese steak sub was the best I've ever had! ?

When I walked in the amazing workers gave me immediate attention and when I told them it was my first time ordering they were super helpful with choosing the top picks. I ended up getting two subs, jalapeño crisps, and Pink lemonade mix with sweet tea. Will come back!
