I just wanted to say that as my kids and I used the restroom, a Jesse's employee walked out of one of the stalls and decided NOT to wash his hands. This is food truck park where there might not be any other sinks around. But honestly, there shouldn't be any reason any food service employee should not take a moment and wash their hands. Disappointed.

Burger meat itself was delicious and cooked well, but even as a double it was paper thin. Also I ordered one with caramelized onions and had to open it to even find the view few tiny pieces that were on it. Super disappointed since the combo was like 15 bucks.

Not filling at all, if I pay $15 for a combo I expect it to be enough that I'm full. Three tiny baby caramelized onions on a double burger. The thinnest smashed patties I've ever seen lol. Really disappointing because the other reviews are so good, we were looking forward to giving it a try. And only meat and cheese? No lettuce, tomato, nothing else? They ask you if you want packets of ketchup, mustard, and mayo and that's it.

My husband and I came for lunch. We got a HTown Patty Melt and the Rookie. Burgers were SO GOOD and the fries were even better!!! We were bummed that we didn’t get to try the shakes because the ice cream delivery hadn’t arrived yet. Hopefully we can come back to try a shake.

When it comes to burgers, it's hard to get the wow factor. However, when it came Jesse's burger, this was a different ball game. The Houston sports inspired trailer stands out along with his food. The clutch burger is the best smash style burger I've had. The meat is well seasoned, the grilled onions melt in your mouth, then pair it with cheese, and special sauce brings it all together. This will be 1 of many locations to come. Trill who?
