Came here to buy a drink and asked the front cashier about a promotion and she said that she didn’t know anything about the CARTEL PROMOTION THEY HAVE IN THE DOOR!,I asked kindly how could I get it and she laugh at me making me feel uncomfortable and bad, this was such a racist actitude like she couldn’t understand what I was saying and asking!Very sad experience and don’t recomend this place! Date was 04/27/2024 at 03:31 if manager check the cameras can see they nasty staff actitude. I’m sorry cause never had an experience like this before!

Such a nice weekend experience. I got the chance to come to KFT in New Caney as we were visiting my relatives in the area. This is truly a hidden gem and their boba teas are one of the best I had in TX. There are many options for you to choose from but you cannot go wrong with original milk teas and Cocoa Cream Wow with Milk Cap, as it is one of my favorites. I enjoyed the vibes, the decors and their service was really nice and friendly. If you are a boba tea lover or wanting to try new place, check it out. Don't forget to use their app for rewards points too!! ;) 10/10 recommended!!!!

I am a regular, atmosphere is very cozy. The music is great! The staff is very kind and informative when I ask questions about drinks and recommendations. The most recent staff member that has helped me, her name was Noemi and she answered all my questions and was very nice to me. Never have I had bad service. Recommend 100% Also the boba is AMAZING!!

Came here for the first time. Ordered two teas and they had absolutely no flavor. It was just plain milk. I asked the staff if I could change it and they told me that I had to buy new drinks instead. Returned the teas without getting a refund. Won’t be coming here again.I can’t believe this business is willing to lose a customer for two cups of milk.
I absolutely loved coming here! It was an amazing, chill space to come and study. The atmosphere is so cute and fun and I will definitely be coming back. The drinks were delicious and were made very quickly, even though there were a lot of orders being placed. Despite having so many things to make, the workers were able to get everyone their orders quickly and correctly. I applaud them for having such amazing customer service and composure even with difficult customers. This is a hard industry to work in and these people deserve a raise for how hard they are working and how well they are handling it

The drinks and macaroons are delicious! The only thing that bothered me was the " what do you want" faces on the girls making and taking the order. I get it. We all have bad days, but understand that you are the face of the business, and yes, customer service is what keeps me as the consumer spending my hard earned money. I don't mind spending $50 to $60 when we order here to spoil my daughters, but because of that unwelcoming faces or attitude, I will take my happy self somewhere else.
