This location always has employees with attitudes like they hate their job. Also they take long for a simple order , cashier said it was an hour wait for a single pizza and there was no other customers. Weird.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT order through the app. This place, the workers & their managers are shady! My husband went on a Thursday night after work but since they were taking over an hour he decided to leave and come back once he got the email confirmation telling him that the food is ready. He never got the email confirmation telling him it was ready so he never went back for the food. We still got charged and when I called the manager for a refund she told me someone picked up the food. I don’t know if it was another customer or the workers but I can assure you we didn’t pick up anything… she told me she was going to call back and I haven’t heard anything. I just spent $10.36 it’s not a lot and I could easily let it go but I don’t want to see other customers going through the same issue. Somebody needs to be held accountable, the manager didn’t bother to check the cameras for the very least.

Ordered pizza at 7:31 pm tonight and app showed estimated pick up time between 8:06 pm - 08:11 pm. Got to the restaurant at 8:20 pm and nothing was ready and line was out the door. Waited for an hour and still nothing. We decided to leave and pick up something else. Tried calling the Little Caesar's in New Caney, but after 47 minutes of waiting with no answer, I gave up.Hopefully my bank will refund me.

Worker from LC here. Heads up for anyone wanting to order here. If you order online please keep in mind that time shown on the app can be different from actual expected time especially if there are a ton of orders online. If you go in person please keep in mind that some of our workers are either coming back from another job or coming in right after school so please be patient. Weekends and days closer to weekends (like Thursday) are more busy than others. If pizzas seem to have no cheese or toppings in one spot don’t blame the workers, the dough rises while in the oven and makes the toppings spread (we usually try to fix it before sending it out). Please don’t expect fast service when we’re understaffed, we’re trying our best and it gets a bit difficult to keep up especially when pizzas have to be remade, pushed back to make sure they’re cooked thoroughly, or our screen is full of orders (especially during sports events or holidays). If you’re kind to us we’re kind to you and it means the world to us. We do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order. We hope to see you in our establishment!!
