After he paid he asked for 4 bbq sauce we purchased chicken dipping sauce comes with it he was charged $1.30 for something that should have been included with the purchase.I was a long time customer of Popeyes will be taking my money somewhere else and with employees like those two good luck maintaining sales .

Upon recently relocating to the area, I decided to give this establishment a try. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Let’s start with the service: The assistant manager, a young Hispanic gentleman, seemed to struggle with English, which made communication difficult. Despite there being no other customers present, he rushed me to place my order, leaving me feeling uneasy and unwelcome.Now onto the food: While it was passable, it left much to be desired. The lack of sauce was particularly disappointing, as it detracted from the overall taste and enjoyment of the meal. I also ventured to Popeyes to sample their new wings, only to find them equally underwhelming.Considering the rushed service and mediocre food quality, I cannot in good conscience recommend this location. Despite its proximity to my home, I will be exploring other options in the future. As a paying customer, feeling valued and enjoying a satisfying meal are important to me, and unfortunately, this visit fell short on both fronts.
The place is very clean and the people are friendly and speak Spanish.

I went here and tried to scan my app for rewards and they don't have a scanner for it plus I wanted sweet tea and the sweet tea container had unsweetened tea and the unsweetened tea container had sweet tea which is a heath hazard for diabetics. If someone with diabetes wanted unsweetened tea they would be getting sweet tea with could endanger their life's. 1-10 would not go back. And the employees wanna act stupid when you have concerns and my fries came cold.

Upon placing my order, I had no indication that the chicken wasn't ready, and I ended up waiting for a staggering 40 minutes without any heads up or updates.Communication is key, and the lack thereof in this instance resulted in significant inconvenience. Had I been informed about the delay, I would have reconsidered my order altogether. Waiting for an extended period with no progress or communication is not the experience one expects, especially from a well-known fast-food establishment.The frustration and inconvenience I experienced during this visit have certainly impacted my perception of Popeyes. As a customer, I value transparency and communication, and this experience fell short on both fronts.I hope this feedback prompts improvements in communication and service to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.
