Love their food but 90% has onions in it. MSG free and great tasting soup. Be nice if they had no onion options

Ordered the spaghetti and meet sauce with meatballs and they were skimpy with the sauce and only two meatballs. I asked for my sauce and they charge you. The one in gray st is much better

The lasagna and the calzone. Oh my goodness, I haven't had good lasagna in a long time, and it definitely was off the chain, and I'm not even sleeping on the calzone. My goodness, it was good. I wasn't a fan of the garlic bread bites. They can keep that, but it didn't do damage to go down in stars..definitely will be back.

I’m very impressed with the customer service at this restaurant! Ms. Mayz is so amazing.. she absolutely went above and beyond measure to satisfy me and my sisters. I will not explain the situation in detail to avoid typing a book lol. Customer service is always a main concern for me at a restaurant because I’ve had several bad experiences (not in this case). It’s so sad that Ms. Mayz can’t be in all restaurants at one time ?? Thank y’all so much for the great hospitality!

The best customer service ever!!! I spoke to the waitress & manager(Mayz)about changing my order since my daughter didn’t like it.& she didn’t hesitate about getting me what we wanted. The manager was awesome, told us how their main priority was customer service & sure it was. As well as the waitress, she was very attentive & very friendly. Just in general everything was outstanding. Will definitely be back to this location.
Today was my first time trying this place. It was nice inside and the food came quickly. As we were eating our meal, a tiny roach crawled across my table. I informed the hostess and she smashed it with her bare hand. She did not wash them-not while my son and I were there anyway. She asked if I wanted her to spray down the table. I told her I’d like her to let the manager know. The manager came, and claimed she had never seen a roach in the restaurant until the hostess admitted to killing it with her hand. They laughed about the whole thing very sarcastically, but finally the manager comped my wings that were next to where the roach was. My son and I left right after, and needless to say we will not be returning.
We ordered half side with bacon they send , it was a horrible taste for the bacon and was put on the pizza just in one part no in the whole half

It's nice ambience plenty of room, full bar. There is also outdoor seating with pretty lighting. Not sure if you can bring dogs outside. The food was good. My group ordered salads And they were big portions with plenty of protein. The serving sizes are ample. Their wine list is impressive. I'm not a huge Italian food fan but I might come back here for apps and drinks
