The sandwiches are pretty good here. The service is great. Twice I got a pizza and it was really bad. Which is disappointing because normally I really love their pizzas. I’ll probably try one more time.
Wouldn’t give me a cup of water or a cup of ice. Only offered bottled water. Not sure what the deal is but the lady was extremely rude and I just wanted ice because it helps with my car sickness since I’m pregnant. I ordered a meal and everything but she was super rude.

Went to eat here after the gym and I gotta tell you I’ve tried them in Austin and they were good and this one is good too , sandwiches are worth the medium a lot of meat and enough veggies ! I got the #1 and took off olives and added jalapeños my wife got the #3 had an amazing amount of avocado and said it tasted amazing , all in all spent about 30$ for 2 people , the only thing I would say is there was a guy unfortunately didn’t catch his name who kinda had a little bit of annoyance attitude when asked about the “ signature sauce “ nothing to crazy I just brushed it off and it was chill after 10/10 for food

The lettuce is not a special blend of greens. It is just shredded lettuce. The sandwich buns Schlotzsky's became famous for are greatly missed.

Went in & ordered 2 originals small sz. With chips & drinks. Also got 2 cookies. Total $30.48. Pretty pricey for sandwich lunch. I do love their sandwiches. Ordering was easy. The place was clean. No music. So the atmosphere was pretty dead. They need music. The cookies were in bags, no sign. Which my husbabd liked. He likes crunchy cookies, not soft ones. Crunchy on the outside soft in the inside. Very good. They need a sign by the cookies. People don't pay attention much. The booth seats had outlets by them. They had a middle bar area, that had outlets there too. Nice setup. In a mini mall strip at Valley Ranch. Big parking area.

On the menu it says $4.99 for kids meal, I was charged $6.79. It also say choice of drink.. I didn’t get a choice just a super rushed it’s in the bag when I asked and window closed in my face. The apple juice I didn’t get a choice in was hot not even refrigerated. This place is too expensive and the menu prices are not accurate. It also doesn’t look very good at all. I see why there is never a line here. Food quality is awful, customer service is awful.

Nick was very helpful in making us our perfect sandwich. As close to Albuquerque turkey as possible. Gabby was very helpful as well. Definitely recommend dropping in to get a great sandwich and great service!

Food is always great, male subject at register not so great. Very rude and condescending. I could see from the front area how he was treating the kitchen workers, very rude and talking down to them. Very disappointed on the service. This location used to have very friendly staff.

Mediocre salad, cheap plastic fork and ingredients diced to small. Plus an extremely rude manager. The restaurant struggled to manage orders for a sports team and then talked poorly about the team after they left. I understand that big groups are tough but to complain to other customers is bad form. Won’t return there.
