We purchased a dozen glazed donuts around 8am. We noticed they had a weird smell and tasted old despite the fact that we bought them early in the morning. Such a waste of time and money since we now have to trash them?

We love Shirley’s and pass other donut places to get to one but the Shirley’s in New Caney is AWFUL. Unfriendly, out of most of what was asked for, food taste like it was a week old and didn’t even get the correct items. Do yourself a favor and go to another location!!

I’m sad to say that these donuts I ordered were far from my expectations. They didn’t even come warm, they look like they were made a few days ago considering that the glaze donuts were already crumbled before grabbing. The Bavarians had looked like they were beaten up before being given and the color of the jellies were seeping through. The glazed donuts were already discolored and brown and every single donut looked stale. None of these donuts were made fresh. You can tell that the workers in this store really don’t care about what they were serving to their customers.

I will always love Shipley’s over any other donut place but the lady at the window had no customer service. No hello or thank you. She just looked at me, gave me my food, and closed the window. The donuts were cold too considering it has only been open an hour. I made sure to go right after open to get the best donuts. The staff reflects the quality of food.

Gave me old batch of kolaches. They forgot one of my kolaches. Gave me the wrong cake donuts and overcharged me.

Had to use Drive-Thru and wait far too long for donuts that were not up to par & I believe I was overcharged but wasn’t given a receipt - will drive to Porter rather than here which is closer to home
