This Starbucks always takes ages to finish drinks. Inside they play music so loud you cannot hear them call names. In the drive through they do not have any signage of where to form the line. So it forms from the street and parking lot with people jockeying for spots blocking the entire road where people cannot pass to leave the parking lot or drive on the road.

⚠️ This is the last Starbucks for 40 miles going north on 59/69.? They were very fast with my to-go order of drinks, which is rare since most Starbucks focus on the drive-thru and make walk-ins wait forever.? The cashier tried to chat with me, but I wasn't awake yet and may have half-heartedly responded or rebuffed him. Sorry.

This Starbucks is at the halfway point of my long commute to work each morning. I have quite a few to choose from on my route, but this one by far exceeds the others. There is a little bit of a wait ocassionally, but its always worth it. The atmosphere, professionalism & drinks are unmatched. Management is doing it right with this one!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at my local Starbucks, which left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. The level of customer service I encountered was far below my expectations, and to make matters worse, the manager's lack of assistance only added to my dissatisfaction.Upon ordering at the driver through today at 8:45 am I was greeted by an employee who seemed disinterested and unengaged. Despite my friendly demeanor, the male employee did not reciprocate the same level of enthusiasm or attentiveness. It was evident that they were simply going through the motions without any real care for providing exceptional customer service.As I placed my order, I requested a minor modification to my beverage. However, my simple request was met with resistance and a dismissive attitude. The employee not only disregarded my preferences but also failed to offer any alternative solutions or options. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate reasonable requests was truly disappointing.To address my concerns, I asked to speak with the manager in hopes of finding a resolution. Unfortunately, the manager displayed a similar level of indifference and unhelpfulness. Despite explaining my dissatisfaction and the poor service I had received, the manager showed no concern for my experience. Instead of taking the opportunity to rectify the situation and provide a satisfactory solution, the manager simply brushed off my concerns and offered no apology or empathy.As a loyal customer of Starbucks for many years, I have come to expect a certain level of quality and customer service. However, this recent encounter has left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. It is disheartening to see an establishment that prides itself on delivering a premium coffee experience fall so short in terms of basic customer service.I hope that Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that customers are treated with respect and receive the quality service they deserve. In the future, I hope to see a more customer-centric approach from both the employees and the management team.I sincerely hope that my experience was an isolated incident and that other customers do not have to endure similar frustrations. However, based on my recent encounter, I cannot recommend Starbucks as a reliable choice for exceptional customer service.

I almost always order ahead here or come in with my kids. No matter how insanely busy they are, the staff are always friendly and greet me and are so helpful and accommodating. A special shout out to Kenny. He is truly a treasure. Not only did he teach me how to use my starbucks app better on one occasion, but on another he taught me so much in a short few minutes about how to make a better cup of coffee at home. These interactions make this starbucks location feel so welcoming, like a coffee shop atmosphere from 30 years ago.

The service is pretty polite but im always disappointed when i go here. Because I went to this Starbucks and i ordered the pink drink here and there was 90% ice, 9% drink and about 1% strawberries (3 to be exact). I'm honestly pretty disappointed at this Starbucks and i hope they can get their stuff straight. For now they get a 3 star

Great place to get drinks and food. Staff is amazing, management is really nice, everyone goes the extra mile to greet you. I get the same dink At all over 100 locations I have been over the U.S. Grande Pike 8 sgr, splash of steamed heavy. This location is one of the few I get a splash of coffee with my steamed cream! Splash of heavy is 1/4 or less people!
