She had difficulties understanding English looks like I’ll have to find some place where I can talk English? I see the future of stopping eating at certain places if they can’t understand English then maybe learn it if you’re in the food industry it certainly would help.

My sister paid 20 bucks for pretty much bread. Since they remodeled this building the food sucks. Had we been able to see those much they were putting on the sandwiches we would have turned around and went to a different location to actually get good quality sandwich. If I could give 0 stars I would. Y’all

Ordered a subway on the go for my trip from this location. I ordered online and this will be the last time. Not only did they skimp on all the toppings. My bread was simply very doughy and unedible. I tried putting in the air fryer but there was no saving that. It literally all fell apart. It felt like I bit into a wet diaper.

Was there when the store opened. Openers were late coming in and had to wash hands, etc. before fixing food. Pretzels were my only item ordered. They were super hot and handed to me without a bag and were too hot to hold on to. The salted was perfect but the cinnamon one didn't have any flavor or sweetness at all and it got trashed.

The toaster does not work well. I ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch with American cheese. The bread was not very warm and the bacon was not crispy. I wish all Subways were consistent. This is not the only subway that I have been to that the oven is garbage

This is by far the worst service I have ever gotten from an establishment. Lisa is by far has the worst customer service . I wanted a veggie salad told her extra lettuce and spinach she wants to argue with me about what goes on MY veggie bowl and kept arguing with me. He customer service is horrible and does not need to be working in this field with that attitude. When I called to report problem to manager she answered the phone I asked for manager she tells me they are busy I then say May I speak with her please she throws the phone down and yells I don’t know I don’t know . I will never return to this establishment and if it closes it wouldn’t shock me . It has 3 star reviews smh if I could have put a 0 as a star I would have

The manager is not professional at all. She was ready to lose a sale over american cheese, when the sweet lady that was working says, we have American cheese and goes to back to get it. Ok, now I get my sandwich, order a large Dr pepper, flattttt, tell the "manager" (how she got this title, we will never know)? she says no its good, i say no ma'am its flat, she walks around pushes couple times, its good now. (A customer sitting said her drink was horrible as well.) No, its still flat, there is no carbonation. She wanted to argue for a second, nope im good, fix your attitude and your fountain drink machine. 1st and last time I will go in there.
