Everything was off and wrong... the tacos were extensively stale, the "crispenada" lacked all meet and was just air inside, and they didn't even give me the cheesy roll up I asked for.

My son went there to pick up food and requested to have chips put on the side for a nachos bell grande, because it was coming home and would be mushy other wise. They told him no and wouldn't do it. I called the manager "Carla" and she said Taco bell was going through changes and couldn't do that anymore. I told her that was ridiculous. What's next you aren't going to take cheese off a taco for someone who is allergic. Here is hoping "Chris" the district manager fixes things. If not you will lose more business other than mine.

Awesome experience. There was a guy working the drive thru that was Australian. Omg he was a doll. I loved his personality. That's the hardest I smiled and giggled in a long time in a drive thru. Great props to whoever hired him ?

We stopped in on December 21 for a takeout order. The server behind the till was very rude told me to use the kiosk cause she was too busy to help me. After waiting five minutes or so, she helped me, there was no thank you. No, have a nice day. She wouldn’t even look at me. Very unprofessional! Will not return to this establishment.

No one in the restaurant but 1 person when we arrived....still took over 10 minutes to get our food and still had to wait another 10 minutes for food that was purchased. Manger gave us some extra fries...so kinda made up for the wait....but don't order extra meat or chicken because you will not get it....didn't want to take it back because didn't want to wait longer.

My go-to for food later in the evening. Never had a problem with orders or wait times. Food is always what you expected and the staff is quite friendly for a fast food place. One evening their credit card reader went down and the manager gave us our order for free and even upgraded our drinks. That’s a great way to bring people back.
I don't recommend Taco Bell at all. They have went to the kiosk to where you place your own order the employees don't even acknowledge your presence anymore. If I wanted to create my own order I'd do it sitting on my couch and have it delivered. So ridiculous that this very well known company has gone to this! They even have their menus turned around so that you can't see them because they are forcing the kiosk and are too lazy to take your order me and my family will no longer eat Taco Bell period and I eat it at least once a week.

Not sure why this Taco Bell has such low reviews. Every time that we have dined in here it's been fantastic! Are there occasional messes on the tables or at the drink station? Yes, like most fast food places, especially during or just after the lunch rush.Anyways, we enjoy eating at this Taco Bell. Zero complaints!

I got gas over at Kroger and it held everything on my account so when I came to get food my card was declined. They were super sweet and gave me my food on the house. I was having a really bad day today but they were able to make it a little bit better!
