Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them.
it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

This location is horrible. They are always taking forever to get food out. I understand it's not exactly fast food but it's not a 5 star restaurant either. Everytime we show up after receiving a email saying it will be ready in 16 to 21 minutes the lobby is packed. Tonight is the most ridiculous night of all I placed a online order for pick up at 708. Guess what we walked in at 745 they took our name and said all orders placed in the last hour will take another hour to hour and a half to be ready. Excuse me? What. So now our food won't be ready until after 9pm. Which means it's taken 2 hours to get our food. On a school night so my kids have to stay up past bedtime because this wongstop can't get it together. Do better. Hire a better manager and team mates.

Moved for Conroe where they know my name and order I go there so often. Here is completely different. Tried to call in a family 40 like normal. Was told they couldn't do an order over the phone above $50. Offered to pay it over the phone. Was told no but I could use the app. I hate being forced to use apps! Asked to split it into 2 orders. They had ro ask the manager and was told no. Again, never had this happen despite the same order every week. So said ok, ordered from the app. Guess what. Didn't get the order right. Was hungry so didn't care. But the one thing you can get right after reading my order back to me before I leave! Where us the ranch? What's the one condiment not in my fridge???? Ranch!!!! What a bad day for my inner fatty!

I wanted to like this location due to it being the closest to me, but nope. Gave it too many Chances. Ordered online got there and had to wait again. Then what is the point of ordering online? Fries were salty and cold. Nothing but kids working there. No structure at all, all everywhere. It’s not the lack of employees it’s the lack of them knowing what needs to get done.

This location is an absolute joke. This is the second time we’ve ordered delivery from here never again. Our entire order was wrong and trying to call to get it corrected is impossible. I’ve been hung up on three times now after being left on hold.

I used to come here on Sundays and get the Family Pack.To be honest, food is not good anymore.The chicken was tough and salty. It was almost like it was fried once, then refried past the eating point.The freshest thing was the veggie sticks.I will not be coming back for a good while.
