Me and my wife stopped here for lunch Saturday 3/23/24 afternoon and one of the staff members was rude with an attitude and could not hear you because of the earbuds she was wearing while working taking orders. I had to ask her three times to add pickles and every time it was less and less from the previous time I asked her and acted like it was a bother to her. I will not stop here again and take my business else where.

WORST Subway I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of them all over the country. Constantly out of ingredients even at 6:30 in the evening. Poor attitude by the workers but no wonder since it is managed SO POORLY.

Went here with my wife and felt racially profiled against. Watch your food be made cause they might not give you the exact sandwich you wanted and still charge you as if you got the sandwich you wanted. Waste of time coming here hire better customer service that doesn't see

your service manager is rude and will hang up on their customers just the other night I ordered a subway on the app it was a two and I waited 45 min and it never told me it was ready, and when I arrived to pick it up wrong order and when I was trying to talk to the manager a customer inside the store wanted to get into my conversation with the manager, I told him this was with me and the store manager, and not you he got rude and told me he would kick my ass, I replied come on. this is not a way a manager should handle business

Don’t even waste your money here. The workers act like they don’t even want to be here. They out of lettuce , toaster don’t work, no bags, it irritating. After spending $40-$50, you go back in there to get the correct order or money back and they got the nerve to have an attitude…

Picked up my food, and none of the sandwiches were toasted. They were actually ice cold. Tried to take the food back to get a refund and was told the toaster was going in and out. The cooks didn’t take any accountability, and also put “annoying” as the reason to void my order. (Picture Provided) Highly unprofessional environment. I only left one star because there isn’t an option for 0. Worst Subway in the area. Just go to Harker Heights/Killeen to save your time, money, and appetite.

The young guy that prepared my sandwiches, did not seem he wanted to be there, he refused to give me a bag because he was running low in bags and the ones he had were for online orders. When I said that was bad customer service, he became defensive and said "well, we get our truck only once a week and the next truck won't be here till Wednesday". Like that was my fault. I had to carry my sandwiches and my drinks with both hands. I will not shop here ever again. I even gave him a tip. Not again.
