Ordered a simple 3-ct chicken tenders meal and was charged and given a 9-ct chicken nuggets meal. That meal was $1.37 more expensive! I mentioned this error even before leaving the drive thru window, and the clerk says, "It's okay, you can have this meal instead." I'm like, but that's not what I ordered nor what I expected to pay for. She apologized and insisted on me taking the chicken nugget meal even though that was not what I wanted. I understand that was already prepared, but the courtesy would have been to offer a refund of the difference between the two meals! I felt like I got robbed of a meal I wanted and of MY money! Not cool.

I literally sat at the order area for at least 10 min without a word spoken to me. Not a hello, not a please can you give me a min, nothing. I had to prompt them to knowledge I was even there. Then about 10 min or so waiting in line and for the food, one car was ahead of me. The we got home and put food was cold. We live right nearby. I don't even know why I bother with this location, it's always like this.

I have gone to this store 2 times at around 10:15 pm within a week apart from each visit the first visit I went to the drive thru when they answer they tell me all they are offering is the market fresh items no roast beef sandwiches so ok I thought just this one time that this was the case last night I signed up on the Arby's rewards to get the free sandwich I placed my order online paid for my order online and then went to the drive thru to get my order and when they answered they tell me they are only making market fresh items again I told them that I placed an order online I ordered a order 2 roast beef sandwich I asked about my refund they offered to make a different sandwich thats not what I wanted they told me I would i would have to cancel my order online there is no option to cancel it says it isnt allowed i tried to call the Manger with the number listed but it rings once then busy sound and now I have to go there to get my money back!!!!Very disappointed with this store

I requested a freshly dropped fish.As I was walking away, I overheard one of the employees say that they had fresh fish.The sandwich was made pretty quickly.The fish wasn't dropped fresh like I had asked politely. It was very slow in the restaurant. Only one other person was in the restaurant. And there was no one in the drive thru. I've been in the service industry for over 25 years. I'd only ask this request if it was slow. I've been to this location several times, and never had any issues. Last time I was there, the fish was piping hot. I just wanted the same experience again.Parking: Plenty of parking.

Not pleased had to wait ten minutes for food and fries were cold i told the cashier and she just looked at me a guy heard and started cooking fresh ones if you cant talk dont work the counter

My French fries are hard as a rock crinkle mixed with curly. I ordered crinkle. Not acceptable. Can't even call the store it hangs up after the first ring. Now the corned beef, dry , hardly any sauerkraut. For Pete's sake it's St Patrick's Day! I'm a visitor here , doesn't compare to Mobile AL. Shame on this Arby's

03-03-2024 at 130pmWalked in, looked at the menu...A medium build man with a grey pullover and a ball cap (he may be a ginger- he had a tinge of dark red hair, on his somewhat bearded face) came up to the register...stating at his phone."What's up?" I said in a chipper voice.No response. He kept staring at his phone.I stood there for a while, and he kept texting.When never looked up, I decided to go thru the drive thru.When I made it to the window... I could see him at the front counter with his back to the dining area.... staring at his phone, and texting.Customer Service means: when someone comes in, you greet them.Not stare at your phone.If you have personal things that need to be taken care of, have someone cover the counter- don't ignore the customer because of your personal life.If you're not happy where you are, by all means... go somewhere that makes you happy ?.

Careful ordering from those store for delivery...this is the second time I've ordered a French dip and didn't receive au jeux dipping sauce...kind of defeats the purpose of ordering a French dip...no excuse for that
