Food was overdone. Service wasn’t that great…reluctant server. Too many Mexican places around here ..gotta be good to make it.

Been going to this Baja location since it opened and have seen ALOT of staff come and go. I must admit the current manager of North Richland Hills restaurant is extremely rude and has zero management qualities. We (a large group) will not be back!

I just read another review that said their server was snappy and rude, which honestly describes the server I had, but I would add she is also condescending!! I have had her twice so she has been around awhile. We decided after this last visit we would not be back for a couple reasons.1. I have gotten use to round fried potato’s with the Fajitas and usual order a side to have extra. On my prior visit I was told by the snappy rude server she could not serve a side of the potatoes as they don’t do sides and could not accommodate despite the fact they make them to garnish the fajitas. Move forward to our last visit and that same server told me they have completely stopped the potatoes two weeks ago. That is fine, but when I want fajitas I will be heading to a Mexican establishment that serves the potatoes too.2. They are a little stingy with salsa here. Why bring one small for whole table? Post CoVid why would people share! Also, if it clearly not a family and separate people on lunch you should not provide one salsa to share. Salsa and chips is part of the Mexican experience. Yes, we asked for our own severing, but the salsa person should have extra on his tray when delivering to avoid us having to add another task for our already rude and snappy server.3. Food quality and service. I don’t need a side of snappy and rude with my fajitas. What I need is a side of potatoes and value for money. Side note, I always paid extra to get extra potatoes. I never asked for anything free or for them to give extra portion of potatoes without me paying. The server just refused to serve them and has now stated they no longer serve them resulting in me needing to go to a restaurant that does serve them.

Went on a day that was not so busy for them. We waited 10 minutes to be greeted. Our server did not check up on us at all, but she prioritized the other tables. Food was ok.

Will never go back to this location ever! The service was horrible from the time we walked in. The manager (said his name was Chris) was extremely rude. He should not be managing a restaurant. Our server was also very rude and snappy. She charged us for $13 margaritas without telling us. When we talked to the manager about it, he said there was nothing he could do since we already drank them and walked off. I’ve never been treated so poorly at an establishment. They will never get any more of my money here. The tables outside on the patio are in horrible condition. Get new ones! Worst Baja location!

We stopped in to celebrate National Margarita Day and shared the fish tacos. The skinny Margaritas disappointed. When you pay at that price you don’t expect lemonade.

Margaritas are very good but too expensive. Waitress spoke broken English and was hard to understand. Otherwise, food was excellent.

We have been going to Baja locations in DFW for 20+ yrs. That ended tonight. I have always defended this place when things were questionable. Even after hair was found in my sister in laws food. No more excuses this place is just trash. Mi Pueblo is right next door and actually appreciates repeat business.

My first time dining at Baja Cantina. I've seen it many times, thinking I should try this place. The service was friendly and fast. This place has a bar with TVs for anyone looking to watch a sports event and enjoy a beverage (remember to drink responsibility ??).I'm a huge fan of salsa, and their salsa hit all my likes: flavorful with spiciness and a little heat on the back end. I ordered the large guacamole appetizer, which is plenty enough for 2-3 people. It was fresh and very good, but could have used just a little salt for seasoning.I ordered the GLO's freaking platter entree, comprising of a crunchy taco with ground beef and potato filling, one cheese enchilada, a ground beef enchilada, rice and beans. All in all, it was a lot of food for one person - my eyes are much bigger than my stomach, but was very enjoyable.I will definitely coming back here to try other menu items, as the enticing scent of sizzling fajitas, onions and peppers passing me by had me mesmerized like a cobra! My apologies for the photo of the menu. It is blurry if you attempt a close up viewing. Whoopsies!I hope you will give this local place a try! Enjoy!
