I went to this location today. The location was clean, food was tasty, Chuck E Cheese person did excellent engaging with the kids, my daughter had a great time. However, the staff was very rude. First rude experience was at the stamp check in when first entering. No welcome or greeting, the girl just stared and rudely said,"I need to stamp your hand". Second rude experience was when leaving out, no one was at the check out area. Out of nowhere in front of everyone a girl that works there yells out from the prize counter in a rude way, "I didn't see you come in with her, I need to see y'all stamp". My daughter and I showed her our stamp and we left (so embarrassing). Customer service is lacking, otherwise no complaints with everything else.

I understand that because of Covid that pizza can’t be self serving like the salad. Can be very expensive to play games.

Consider another location if you're planning on having your child's birthday party at the Grapevine HWY location. Customer service and communication skills were inadequate. Staff members were inattentive and disrespectful.

So happy with our experience. We came here for the third year in a row to celebrate my son's 4th birthday. The atmosphere is great. All the games were working and everything was clean and food was good. Every single employee that I spoke with was extremely helpful and kind. Can't wait to come back next year.

It's not exactly me cup of tea...i'm not crazy about it...i'm not fond of it...i'm not into it...i'm not keen on it ..but my grandchildren like it.There are lots of kids’ games and amusing mini-rides, and it's clean. I got two 1 hour passes for $54.The salad bar is okay, but not lots of choices. The personal pizza, cheesy bread, and fries made the kids happy. All in, it was about $100 for the 3 of us.The staff was just okay, and a couple of them seemed like the didn't want to be there. But my grandchildren had fun!

The customer service was highly lacking, lady was rude towards my kids and gave an instant eye-roll as we walked in as if we were putting her out and she had more work to do. She just seemed miserable our whole stay, made for an uncomfortable experience.

The staff has been rude both times we have been there in a one-week span. The manager tried to close early by 30 minutes and didn’t verify our uv code with light when leaving. I was very upset and definitely ruined my experience.

We enjoyed celebrating my boys birthday! It was on a Sunday morning, it was quiet, and the service was wonderful. The manager was our host, and she did a fantastic job helping me out. The facility was very clean. We appreciated that all the games were working! The staff did a fantastic job making my boys special day so much fun.

Came here and the 2 ladies helping originally were nice. Not every professional, leaning against the counter like they were on break, while I was talking to them. But they helped me decide what I needed to do. The lady that rang me up, rang me up for a 30 minute play card, even thou I specifically asked for an hour. I told them we were spending an hour there and asked for an hour play card. I didn't realize this until it timed out 30 minutes later. When I go back to the counter, the other lady who heard the whole conversation insists I pay for another 30 minutes. I told her I'd pay the difference between the two (which was $12) but I was not going to pay the $23 she was suggesting. Telling her had she not heard me ask for the hour, or if I asked for 30 minutes, I would understand. But after the food and card I already paid nearly $50. And now they're suggesting I pay $12 more than I would have because THEY screwed up. I asked for a manager, to be told this person who's too lazy to hold herself up without the counter, was. I knew she was lying about being a manager as she said it. Finally got the manager, to be made to feel like I was trying to get something for free. I told them, charge me for the $12. I expected that. But I refuse to get less than I asked for, or to pay more than I should for it. I'm surprised this place is still in business after reading the other reviews as well. This seems to be the way this place operates. And I'm a childhood fan. Just haven't had children to bring here till now. But I will not return

Kitchen staff had his pants hanging low so that his underwear was showing. Outside of work, I don't care how one dresses, but in certain environments; I should not have to see your underwear.
