I normally go places and don't think of writing a review but today I went to cicis with my mom and my two daughters and the customer service was excellent!!! The cashier was super friendly. The manager went above and beyond. As soon as I walked in, the manager noticed I needed a high chair and brought it to my table then my 5 year old wanted cheese pizza and he also brought her a personal cheese pizza just for her. Great experience!Yall keep it up!! :)

This has to be the best CiCi pizza I have ever ate at. My husband and I went for lunch today and from the moment we walked in we were treated with the Best customer service we have ever experienced. Skylar was awesome . The whole staff was. Pizza was fresh.salad bar was stocked nicely.I will go back to this Cici. I highly recommend rufe snow store to be the best one.

Just another great experience. Staff is always nice and friendly. Nice young man there is always thanking me for coming to the restaurant. After I get my table and start eating, they are always going around making sure everything to OK and if I need anything else. If you would like a certain style pizza that's not on the buffet. Just ask and they will make you one right up. Employees go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome. And someone is always making sure the tables are clean and sanitized.

Hands down the best and friendliest Cicis pizza I’ve been too! Isaac Cruz was driven to make sure we were happy! The whole staff was always making sure we were ok. Waited 20 plus minutes for a pizza and two guest were given their pizzas before me and I had to ask again where the pizza was. Just to find out they served the pizza because they couldn't find me. I was right next yo the two tables they served

Walked in for a late lunch and was immediately greeted. Then manager on duty left and still made sure if we need anything to let them know. Supervisor for evening shift came to table and made sure we were ok. Great customer service and checked in on us and other guests. Food was good and hot. Kept refreshing the buffet bar. Really impressed. I will be back!??

This Cicis location is the best I've been to in the DFW area. The pizza is always fresh, and if you don't see the pizza you want, the staff will be more than happy to make it for you. The staff is attentive and customer-service driven. I want to give Jackson a shoutout as his service today was spectacular! He was very attentive and he stopped by our table every few minutes to check on us. Thank you Jackson for making our time at Cicis a very pleasant one. My friends and I will definitely be back!

This was my second time at a Cici's pizza and I'll definitely be back to this location SPECIFICALLY. The pizza is how you expect it to be, but what makes this place great is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful that im sad I didn't bring cash to tip everyone. Thank you guys for making me and my bf's night! p.s. this will now be my go to spot to listen to the best gossip.
