“This local coffee shop excels the national chains. A good indication of this is reflected by its popularity. Every time I have been there, I have seen more people than I typically see at Starbucks and other chain coffee shops. Also, I noticed that most patrons at Kindred are engaged in conversation with others at each table, whereas at the other coffee shops, it seems like there are more people by themselves. It's probably the atmosphere. Kindred has a great coffee selection and interesting pastry items to choose from. If you go, Kathleen does nice latte art.Parking: It's in shopping strip, so plenty of parking.“

“I love coming here. The atmosphere and the ambience is relaxing. The beignets are made always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The coffee is a little cheaper than Starbucks. I'm from Louisiana and the coffee and Cafe au lait is spot on. I recommend to order cafe au lait with beignets. I usually come to PJs once a week. “I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DB I'm an Oregonian an when I moved here an there was no DB I was so sad an I was just crossing my fingers that one day they would make their way here (took almost 10 years).But I love to get mochas my favorites are Trifecta hot mocha an the Dutch Canyon hot mocha and Christmas time I am all about the Candy cane Mocha . I love hot drinks even on hot days, now my husband he likes cold drinks his favorite is the dirty chai blended.I love the crew that works there they get to know you (if you go as often as I do) but they always make sure to talk to you an see how your day is going.Depending on the day or time will depend on how long it takes to get your order I have never had to wait longer then 10 min through the drive thru but there is also is a walk up window that if you need a quick or if you just want to hang out for a big one the bench's outside.“

They have li'l snacks there that can help you till your next meal.Parking: It's in a tight spot right near a Murphy's so you'd actually have to park at Murphy's or beside it if you want to walk up.“
