ordered a to go order ,they left off loaded bake potato and mashed potatoes ! this was 2nd time to leave items out of my order, was transferred numerous times to get refund along with tip , horrible service and wont be back

We always love coming here for the comfort food. We came to celebrate graduation. Last night they exceeded my expectations. I ordered the catfish, and it was THE BEST catfish I have ever had. I was amazed at how hot and fresh it was, every bite was steaming hot. . . .and the portion was HUGE. My daughter had the bacon cheese fries, which were also great. Thank you for making our special night even more special.

We had Lunch on Sunday, and the Service was great. Our Server was Brandy L at the Richland Hills Store. Service was great and the food was good. We try to get the same server every time we go she is so nice, and she takes very good care of us. She always has a smile on her face. Over all good experience.Parking: Most the time we get a Handicap parking in front. Good over all

I live 5 min from the Grapevine location but due to service and uncleanliness I no longer eat there. So I decided to drive to this location in NRH and I was highly impressed!The restaurant was very clean employees were clean and stayed busy maintaining a good dining experience. The food was fresh and well prepared and the service was excellent. I was well attended by all employees present I have never experienced such team work at Grapevine location. I recommend this location

Great place if you crave for chicken fried everything. Or you call it country fried . Super friendly and attentive services. Great menu selection for light snack to steak for you to choose and combine. Came in the area for haircut kids activities, message and grocery shopping all in the same area. A lot take out orders here when we dine in. Would definitely order too. I had chicken fried chicken breast, super juicy cooked to perfectionParking: Grocery store parking. And easy to enter and exit .
Good meal but the waitress stupidly assumed we were running away just because we went to the bathroom. Get some common sense lady.

Oct 1, 2023 12:30pm seating was done promptly by the hostess. However, we waited nearly 40 minutes before our waiter even made an appearance at our table. Our order was taken, then when the food was brought, it was not hot, but nearly room temperature, for all 5 of us. No drink refills were offered and after over 90 minutes in the restaurant we got our check delivered. We will NOT be going back to this location again. 2 times now the service has sucked and food delivered at near room temperature.
