nothing like rude employees and customer service doesn't exist. Got charged five extra dollars and they did nothing about it told me sorry can't help you with no receipt even though I had a receipt.

This is one of the worst DQ's I have ever been to. It sucks too cause this is so close to my house. Never really get food, kinda afraid to, honestly. It's consistently looks dirty in here. We just get bizzards or ice cream bars. The service it what makes it such a bad experience. Takes too long and staff isn't the friendliest. You know when you feel like you're a more of a bothersome rather than a customer. Whatever, it's probably not going to change. Guess thats why our desert trips here have become less and less frequent.

The side door broke, and we had to guess if they were even open to inside sitting. The food was good and came out fast.
The tacos and a ice cream cone brought back such beautiful memories the black gentleman at the drive through window was so pleasant he took the time to ask about my day with sincerity and authentic concern so polite . Great experience. Great customer service skills . He definitely needs to be recognized for his exceptional qualities I will be going back over and over.Parking: Plenty of parking plenty and then some you should check it out great people really impressed

Any time I visit this particular location the workers are always very nice and friendly, glad to have a DQ close by after the Keller location closed.
