I used to love Grandys and the effort they took to make it feel home cooked and good. The meals lately have been comparable to prison food. Customer lost for life.

Hispanic female cashier was very rude. I walked up to the counter while she was standing there and just because I looked up at the menu she immediately walked away, assuming I had no idea what I wanted. I stood there for a while waiting for her to come back because I WAS ready to order and the whole time she was taking my order she just had a really funky attitude. Also I ordered a half dozen rolls and received 1. Didn't notice until I got home and didn't want to drive back over there and deal with her. The food was good but the service was not. From the looks of how empty this place is every time I go in there you'd think they'd try to retain the very small customer base they have left. Don't make the first face your customers see when they come into your business an unpleasant one with a gross attitude.

They constantly mess up orders, my biscuit still had raw dough in it. The forget butter and syrup for my pancakes. They gave me chicken fried steak when I ordered chicken fried chicken. Seriously ill never go to grandys again.

I had the grilled chicken with rice, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes and it was real good! Service with a smile always which makes it that much better! Good home style food.

Dirty, service was sub par, except young man who brought our food to the table...my fiance ordered 2 piece roasted chicken meal and the chicken wasn't even half grown...wouldn't have fed a toddler. The mac n cheese was crusty and old...the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting too...I DO NOT recommend this restaurant and I will die of starvation before I eat here again...

I'm glad the drive through isn't a single lane you can't get out of because with the attitude the little girl at the drive through was giving us we just decided to drive away. Didn't even finish ordering.

First time eating here since I was a small child. Yummy chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes w white gravy, french fries are salty but good because I salt almost all my food lol and the rolls are delicious! Perfect tasting sweet tea! Food was hot, clean atmosphere, old school looking but brings back childhood memories :) Love it. Will definitely be back!
Update: went here again three days later, and this time they fulfilled the order exactly as requested. Depends on which team is working, which should not be the case. However I have upgraded their review since they did get my order correct the second time.

The last couple of times I have gone to this Grandy’s, the service hasn’t been to great. It’s either the grease was old and or the customer service was not up to par’. I was just in the line a few minutes ago on my lunch, trying to order gizzards. I asked, “can I have an order of gizzards, and the lady replied “No” over the intercom. I was like, umm, huh, then she said, we’re out. I’m like you could’ve responded differently, than just No, to a customer. They could use a little etiquette, when it comes to customer service.
