Absolutely awful food but at least the sushi was fresh. My son said everything tasted like plastic but I think it tasted like everything had been sitting out and overcooked. The staff was friendly, at least.

The lobby was dirty and the woman at the counter didn't even smile just said eat here or to go and pointed us to the dining room . The food was awful we ordered chicken fried rice and soup. The chicken fried rice did not seem to be freshly fried more like heated up the rice was kind of mushy and had no flavor the chicken was tiny pieces and flavorless. Some of us ordered tea and was brought out in bottles. The place was kind of old and dreary inside and smelled musty, and the bath room was very dirty . The 2 people working there were not very friendly , All the condiments are in those little packets. This place was nice maybe10yrs ago but not any more don't waste your money there.

Lady has a horrible attitude. I placed an order to pick up. I picked up the order and 5 min later she is calling me to come back but I can't understand the reason because I can't understand her. I get back and she opens my bag and pulls out two egg rolls that she put it in there by mistake. She also pulls out all of the sauces in the bag. So rather than accepting her error for putting two egg rolls in my bag after spending $50 she called and demanded I come give them back. I would have paid for them if given the opportunity. She was incredibly rude about it. I won't return. And hopefully the health department inspects them soon. The place was run down and smelled weird inside. If I had walked in to place an order I would have walked back out.**update** I got my food home to discover my fried dumplings weren't even in the bag. The rest of the food was cold and flavorless.*** I will absolutely not return here and advise everyone else to reconsider it.

I like the food a lot, it is very good. You need to clean your tables when customers leave!! Sitting there looking at old food on tables gives me the appearance that you are dirty. Clean your restaurant and you may get more business. Clutter in corners, old dirty fan in corner. This makes a difference!! Also check on your customers!!Parking: close to restaurant

I've lived in NRH all of my life but have never been here before. My family came in on Christmas Day. While the place is disorganized and really needs updates, it wasn't dirty like some reviews have mentioned just messy. There was also no background noise so it was eerily quiet when we were there. We ordered a seafood plate, Empres chicken, house orange chicken and lo mein noodles. It was all really tasty. Don't let the other reviews scare you away, definitely try it for yourself but maybe order take out.

Ordered chicken fried rice, beef lo mein, Mongolian beef, and house orange chicken. The Mongolian beef should have been described as onions with a hint of beef. As seen in the photos the entire take out dish was filled with onions. Extreme let down when you're paying for a dish of meat. Also what part of that photo looks like lo mein? Yes the flavor was great but how can you pass those chow mein noodles off as lo mein? Fried rice was ok, not much flavor and the house orange chicken tasted more like sweet and sour chicken. Would not order take out again but possibly dine in.
