This afternoon I ordered a small curly fries, and an order of egg rolls. As I was driving away I noticed the fries were cold, and old. . I went back and asked for a fresh batch, the next order I was a bunch of fried crumbs. I bit into my egg roll and it was still cold inside. I called the manager who tried to talk over me and was absolutely rude. I see why the staff doesn’t care because the manager is just as bad. I didn’t ask for a refund. You have my money, and the food in in the trash where it belongs. All I ask is that you DO BETTER!!! As a staff and as a manager. Thank you.

Usually I like the food but got loaded tiny tacos yesterday evening and woke up in middle of night with food poisoning. It was graphic, and I was sad. The guy who took my order was very nice tho.

Shameful offering for the once delicious sourdough Jack. My burger was tiny! Itty bitty meat that didn't taste fresh at all. I usually like small burgers, but this was pathetic. The bread was stale. For $11 I would expect something more edible.

I typically like Jack in the Box. The server at the widow gives a new name to lazy not wanting to work. Really thank goodness this is not an establishment that takes tips. Disappointed to say the least.

This location really is awful.Their always "out" of certain items.Place is always empty and I wonder why.JITB is great when run well but they are going to go the way of Burger King, where every restaurant is an empty run down garbage hole where no one wants to go eat.

Wouldn't even bother to answer the intercom. Rude and the time I came before they all had attitude and the food was wrong. If you don't want to do your job...then don't. Don't work in a food business if you hate it so bad. All of these employees are hateful.
