If I could give it negative stars I wouldMy family and I walked out in disgust, The last time I we visited we witnessed the BIGGEST rat jump behind my daughters head inside the restaurant. I complained to the manager, and he said my meal was covered, but he couldn’t do anything he excused the building remodels. However, I knew for a fact that it started a year ago so a year of Rat infestation is crazy. I will never go back to this restaurant, nor will I recommend it to anyone. My waitress, was the only reason I left a tip I didn’t even get to enjoy the food.never againThis wasn’t even Disney themed ratatouille event

Not sure why it got so many 5 star reviews, but it was the worst experience for us.We (3 people) came in at 6.30 on Sunday night. We waited for 15 mins to sit in a table which is understandable. Then we waited for another 15 mins before someone finally showed up. It is AYCE sashimi buffet so you are allowed to order 5 dishes at a time. We ordered 1 appertizer (fried oyster), 1 roll and 3 sashimi dishes. Waited 10 mins for 3 pieces of fried oyster. After waiting more than 20 mins, we had to speak up and talked to the manager. They explained sashimi and sushi are made fresh per order. Then they brought to the table 3 pieces of salmon. So literally we waited for more than 30 mins since we ordered to get 3 pieces of fried oyster and sashimi!!!! (If we dont complain, possibly the wait will be longer). No one visit or check our status during the time. This is supposed to be AYCE!!! At this speed, we will have to wait all night to get what we want. I understand becoz of Covid then buffet has to change a bit but this is how they limit you to order!!! Got so frustrated so we decided to leave. Be prepare to wait or just go somewhere else!!!

The place itself looked nice, however I came in on a Saturday which was supposedly dinner all day, however, the host that sat us down said it was lunch and we would be charged about 22. With that in mind my boyfriend and I only ordered from the lunch options but when we received the check it charged us for dinner. When we found out it was all day dinner we were very disappointed. There were many things we wanted to try from the dinner menu but thought we couldn't. Please for future refrence train the employees better to know when the lunch and dinner scedule is.

The sushi was great and the interactive service makes Japan House a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
Just moved to Texas and went out to look for a new sushi buffet spot to replace the one I had in New Jersey. Came to eat at this restaurant expecting mediocre food at best considering its all you can eat. It's hands down some of the best sushi I have had in a while and I have been around the block.There are so stuff that I haven't had in other Japan restaurants like the pork buns but I would die for them. Some rolls like the Super Chy Chy are really good. The staff are nice especially Mama Kim.Would come again when I'm in the mood for good sushi.

I love the food here! I really do. Whenever a sushi craving is happening this is our go to spot! However the last 2 times we went the service was horrendous! We went last night around 5, not super busy for a Friday night. The server brought the wrong salad we asked for the right one and never got it. It took almost 30 minutes to get rolls from the kitchen. Meanwhile we could see the few tables around us getting food quickly. It was just awful.

Really great place. Service was great. Food was good some of it was great some was good. Nothing we didn’t like. We also got to sit in a private room. My youngest son was not happy about having to sit on the floor and take his shoes off, but he was just hangry and that problem solved itself.
