This place is always my go to. Though these last few times haven't been good. I usually come here because they get it right as far as what I input online for my pizza. Everytime I get light sauce.. I'm paying almost $20 for a pizza to end up having not what I asked for. Cheese can't even stick to the pizza with how much sauce is on it. I ended up keeping it because I can't go back and fourth when I have a lunch break, done that with Marcos and that's a reason I haven't been back there. This is the second time it's happened and I'm just disappointed with the quality recently with jets.

We ordered delivery for our team meeting on Monday, Jan 22, 2024, at 10:30 am. I spoke with Raymond who was AMAZING!!!! RAYMOND I'm still singing your praises. I needed enough pizza for 30 to 40 employees. He offered great options and took the stress out of my day!! I will continue to order from this location and will have Raymond take care of my team needs!!Vegetarian options: veggie options were available!Dietary restrictions: very accommodating

We ordered delivery that turned up 30 minutes late. However it was because one of the drivers had to leave for a family emergency which I can give grace to. The guy that delivered was very nice and even offered us free cinnamon sticks. Wish we had extra cash to give him. We’ll definitely order from here again.

We LOVE Jet's! We're from NYC area and find the deep dish here very similar to Sicialian pizza in NY/NJ area and the crust is to die for! I'm late in this review as we've been coming to Jet's for several years on a regular basis. We don't care as much for their thin crust pizza but haven't had it in a long time. Try the deep dish - you'll be addicted like we are! We've never had issues with the staff or our order and it's always nice and hot!
The pizza is great and I picked it up 5 minutes after I placed the online order.

I didn't get his name but our delivery guy was so amazing. He accidentally forgot our drink so he gave us 5 dollars to pay us back for it. We tried to refuse it but he insisted. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Man's deserves a raise. Pizza was also great and still warm. Love Jets pizza.

We have always ordered from Jets when we wanted pizza even when friends or family come and they all enjoy it and say how good it is and want a jets by them. Tonight we ordered our usual 4 corner and calzone but to our surprise ? tonight the calzone was full of lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese with maybe 2 or 3 pieces of salami very thin sliced and several pieces of ham the assistant manager insisted that the general manager made it himself training someone and wanted to argue that they were right and I was wrong even though we both, me and my fiance, both was looking at what we got. He continued to argue and say he knows he was right because he watched the general manager make it. So he knows it was right . I will not order from this location again.

Had a very poor experience with them yesterday. They were much more service oriented when the store on Davis in NRH first opened several years ago. It took me an hour to order and finally get our pizza. Tasty, but not good enough to put up with.

Business must be good because they don't bother with service to their customers. They're just too busy to bother with customer concerns. Its like, "place your order if you can. Wait too long to get your over priced pizza. Make sure you tip well for giving us your business." Even their pizza doesn't taste as good as it did when they first opened up. I have no intention of ever trying them again.
