Ended up getting the creamy crab eggrolls, viet spice wings, and classic fried rice. My jaw DROPPED. The crab eggrolls were phenomenal all around and was a great mix with the sweet/sour chili sauce. The fried rice was pretty good and the viet spice wings are definitely a must try! Only thing I noticed is that it is pretty greasy, so I just had to dab it with a paper towel. For anyone that buys the fried rice, they do come in rather large portions so be mindful on how much you order :P Overall, definitely worth it and will come back again!

I recently dined at Keeks, a Korean fried chicken joint, and let me tell you, it was a total disappointment. I splurged $70 on what I hoped would be a delightful meal, but instead, I was met with subpar service and downright rudeness from the staff. It seemed like the folks running the place had a serious attitude problem and couldn't care less about providing decent customer service. The only saving grace was the cashier, bless her soul, who at least attempted to salvage the experience. But when the kitchen staff starts questioning customers and accusing them of lying about their orders, it's a sure sign that something is seriously amiss. Maybe they should focus less on interrogating patrons and more on getting their act together in the kitchen. In short, if you're looking for a place to "Keek" your money away and endure unorganized chaos, Keeks is the spot for you.

These ladies running the restaurant this afternoon, had an employee walk out leaving chaos the ladies in this restaurant stepped up and handled the situation with grace and sincere honesty! It was refreshing.. I had to wait over an hour for my food but completely worth it... the food was amazing and so was the staff! The honesty was insanely delicious! I am so recommending this place to everyone I know. Kudos to the staff. Keep smiling you all are awesome!

Went out to grab a bite with friends and decided to try out keeks. Ordered the honey butter wings and garlic noodles and loved every bite. Snuck a big bite of my friends creamy crab egg roll and it taste amazing, tons of flavor. Staff was awesome and super friendly, will come back with the family next time.

I really tried to rate them objectively. This was the first and last time I will eat at this establishment. The first thing I wasn’t thrilled about was being notified upon receipt that my order should be ready in 20 minutes, when it was actually done in 50 minutes. Not sure how difficult it is to change their technology to say to expect food to be done in the general 45 minute timeframe that most restaurants give. They have a sign inside that says “we are not a fast food restaurant, we make everything after it is ordered. Please be patient” so I imagine it generally doesn’t take 20 minutes. In addition, I got home and my son saw that he had barely any chicken in his hibachi bowl. So I called the facility and asked if it would be possible to get a side of chicken (my son had 4 small pieces in his bowl- other than that it was just a ton of plain rice). The girl put me on hold and when the woman who made his bowl got on the phone her exact words were “I’m extremely offended that you are trying to say I didn’t give you enough chicken when I put 10ounces of chicken in that order.” She said “I remember that bowl because you requested nothing extra in the rice (my son didn’t want veggies) and *no one* wanted to even make that bowl because we were like uhh what do they want??” Yeah she actually said that. Like not including onions, carrots, eggs, or adding butter and oil was so taxing for her. Anyways, she said “I will NOT give you extra chicken. If you drive up here, you can get a refund but I’m not giving you extra chicken.” She tried to go on to say “I don’t have time to talk about this, I have food to make.” I simply said that worked fine- drove up there and got a refund for his food. Also, they didn’t provide sauce with my eggrolls. I don’t care about the sauce, but if you do- make sure the sauce is in the bag before you leave. This happened at the heritage trace location just so we are all clear.

They have the BEST fried rice!! Order ahead or you will have to wait. I wouldn’t dine in, it’s best Togo! But, so so worth it! The garlic noodles are also very very good!!
