Pizza, pizza, pizza. It's all about the sauce. Marcos has the best sauce, and they use quality ingredients, not that cheap stuff used by the cheaper pizza companies. All their crust is made in the store, not pre-made like those cheap places. ??Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten-free crust in the small size

This was the most disgusting pizza I have ever bought. It had no sauce. It wasn't cooked (the veggies were completely raw). I ended up throwing it in the trash. Will never under any circumstances waste money here again. It's just awful!

If I could leave a zero star review, I would.I went out of my way to order from this location because we were weekly customers for nearly 7 years before we moved. We had received a coupon, and so we also used that. In order to use that, I had to place two separate online orders, and paid online.I drove nearly 15 minutes to pick up the pizza. My family waited in the car while I went in to pick up.When I got there, the “manager”, who wore a black long sleeve graphic shirt, met me at the counter. I gave him my name for the orders, and explained there were 2. They had one, but didn’t have the other. He asked for my order number, so I had to go out and get the information from my phone. When I came back, I showed him my phone, and then noticed I needed to login to show him the details. He immediately got an attitude with me and took offense to whatever “attitude” he perceived I had. He proceeded to confront me and tell me I was throwing a tantrum, and while I tried to explain to him about his attitude towards me, he cut me off and told me to “get out of my store”. There was another employee there that witnessed the interaction and tried to help me. I was upset at this point because of his downhill treatment of me as a paying customer just trying to get my order he claimed he couldn’t find, but another employee looked up immediately. I was told repeatedly to get out of the store and threatened with “I have your name and phone number”….I was completely caught off guard with his treatment of me, I felt this was a threat. I requested the District Manager’s information, which was refused to me, and the employee actually trying to help me could not find. He threatened me and said I was not welcome back in “his store”….Whoever hired this person needs to rethink his position. And whether welcome or not, my family and I will NEVER darken the doors of this location again…and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

OUR MONEY WAS STOLEN BY MARCO'S. We placed an order for an in-store carry-out on 1/24/24. Paid online and received the confirmation email and we have evidence that our card was charged this amount. This process is what we have always done and it can be verified by our purchase history. Upon arrival for pick up of items, we were told he owed $18. 37. We showed the gentleman the email receipt with the confirmed payment. He disregarded the email receipt with the price breakdown and told us that we still owed the amount. Our credit card number was on the receipt, but according to him, there was nothing he could do. When asked to speak to a manager, he said that he was the manager - I find it odd that a manager would disregard a black-and-white, clear-as-day confirmation. We then asked to speak to someone above and he dialed on his phone and connected us with Ted. We spoke with Ted and explained the situation, and just how we have NEVER had any issues like this - even after the recent major platform change. We were told by Ted that there was nothing they could do. He gave us this number for customer service - 833-509-0285. This number is not even for customer service! This is for franchise information. So now we were ridiculed for trying to get what we rightfully paid for! So our money has been stolen by the Marco's at 7505 Davis Blvd North Richland Hills, TX 76182 and our dinner was withheld. Our kids were looking forward to pizza but then we had to quickly come up with a plan B and pay for a dinner - again! And it's been 5 days since we have reached out directly to address this concern privately, but NO ONE had answered not returned phone call and emails. As a recap - OUR MONEY WAS STOLEN BY MARCO'S.

5 stars for service. We had a coupon in the mail that we wanted to use but they couldn't find the code. Turns out we went to the wrong Marco's. The manager was nice enough to still honor the coupon. To top it off, the pizza was delicious!

Best Chain pizza currently out there. Have great daily coupons. I can get thin crust pizza cut square which the kids love and gluten free as well. White pizza sauce is great as well. Almost always ready within 15 min for pickup. Highly recommend for good quick chain pizza.

We love this pizza!! New to the area and it's the best!! We get a double cheese pizza with Parmesan on the crust SO GOOD and I tried the Parmesan garlic wings last time and they were awesome!

I used to order from other pizza places but one time I tried it in my friend party ? was so delicious ? from that time I switched my orders to Marco’s pizza ?. But there is a little issue with some delivery drivers one time he delivered the pizza without any notification ? it’s cooled when I take it !Overall I love Marco’s pizza ??

So I just tried to order from Marcos Pizza on there website and there was no section for me to pay cash. I called and told the guy that and he tells me there probably is one. I told him no there is not. He tells me that they don't accept the coupons online for phone orders. I told him ok I will just order from somewhere else. I took a little video of where I tried to pay and sent it too him and messaged him saying no there is no where to pay. He was very rude, and sounded like he just did no care. I have ordered so many pizzas from this place in the past, but now I will be looking for another pizza place. Its truly sad to loose a good customer over rude and disrespectful customer service.

We ordered an XL pizza with mushrooms and white onions about 5 months ago & the crust was fluffy, slices separated easily and very tasty. We ordered the same pizza this past Friday, Nov. 10, and found the crust was dry, tough to separate the slices, and very tough to chew. We found out that the GM Ted has decided to change the recipe and I would love it if Ted were to call me & explain to me why he changed it. There was nothing wrong with it previously. I've posted this to the Facebook account also.

Go-to pizza location for MANY years!For the past several months, service has really been poor. After ordering online, I received an email with estimated ready time. I arrived on time and was told my order was still 25-30 minutes out.This location has gone from very quick bake times to extremely slow. They did offer all of us (7 people) us free 2 liter bottles of soda for having to wait so long…..
