I have been a satisfied McAllister customer for over a decade now. I never had any issues even in multiple rural towns I’d travel through..This time me and my boyfriend visited and the food looked good as usual until we found a hair in his food. We showed hair to cashier. He said we could get his his meal credited when we come in again after being put on list. We weren’t offered a refund, but we do frequent places like this so no big deal right? WRONG! We come in the next day and get exact same meal. This time not only was a hair in my salad but the Jalapeño Turkey crunch sandwich that was paid for (on top of the credited meal reimbursed) was thrown together.? At least from the looks of it..So now what.? Just keep driving out of the way with today’s gas prices..wasting more time and energy in hopes to not recieve repeated horrid service.? I think we will just pass on this location all together. I’d suggest you do the same ;)

ordered from Uber Eats, husband and sons food were correct, but i ordered a grilled chicken club ONLY removing the spring mix and tomato, and it literally was just bread, honey mustard, JUST cheddar cheese(barely), and DRY & HARD chicken…its missing bacon, swiss cheese, and mayonnaise…im still eating it because im hungry but its not what i was craving and expecting :( VERY LAZY!

Wow the knowledge dude up front had me thinking the food was being talked up. But Wow!!! that spicy turkey melt was AMAZING! ILL BE BACK!I suggest add onions when you order it adds to the already amazing flavors. Maybe some avocado!Delicious!!! I'll be back

I will never go back here, unfortunately. The food is horrible and bland. I used to love one of their salads with the chili lime vinaigrette but this time the lettuce in the salad I ordered was brown and wilted and was missing most of the toppings. It was so disappointing, I actually called and let them know. They offered me a credit for next time and since we are always willing to give a second chance, we tried again. Unfortunately, while things were a little better, it was still really disappointing. The salad was SO bland- everything on it was mushy and watery. Even the chicken on the salad was tasteless. One of the sandwiches was wrong and the kids “pizza” was a frozen microwaved soggy mess. While we waited on our food, the person working the register refilling the cookies dropped one on the floor and picked it right back up and put it on the display. Yes, it was wrapped in plastic, but still… just off-putting and didn’t seem appropriate. It’s Jason’s Deli for us from now on. We tried.

Great food but I just received my online/customized order from the app and it was wrong. Highly allergic to tomatoes so I ordered....NO tomatoes. Sandwich came with tomatoes so I can't even eat it and don't want to wait an hour for a replacement.Dietary restrictions: Need to follow orders specifically!!!

Food is always delicious, I tend to order online so I can pick up dinner for the family on my way home from work. Order seems to always have something missing. Not anything major, usually the pickle spears, chips, or the cookies for the kids meal. Not a big enough inconvenience to go bother the workers to get it corrected. I understand that they get busy, have tons of to go orders on top of people dining in.

This is one of the best McAlister's in the Fort Worth area. My go to is the Savannah chopped salad with extra sherry shallot dressing! Their chicken salad is good as well and of course you can't go wrong with any of their famous sweet teas! Customer service is always fast and semi- friendly there isn't much interaction.
