FOOD - Ordered steak, egg & cheese. Wasn't fully cooked cuz usually I'd blow the heat of meat & within 10 minutes, I vomited in the car. Few minutes later, I had diarrhea couple times during the day. SERVICE - Long drive thru and waited 15+ minutes to get to the order box. ATMOSPHERE - Too congested in double lines & drive thru area was trashed! This location used to be my go-to but what happened to EcoSure safety?Parking: During rush hour, avoid parking near entrance or drive thru lines. You'll be stuck forever until a generous driver gives you way to back up.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly, but still not a place to trash your community.
Good food, but the teens that typically work there aren't very friendly and a lot of errors on the orders. On time had to get it fixed twice. The first time I ordered they gave me dollar menu sandwiches and cold fries and no way it was another person's order because I was the only one in line. I guess they were in a hurry to leave because when I waited for the fix they were walking out

Was the first one in line at the counter with 5 people behind me and it took 20 minutes after getting the managers attention to come take my order. I never eat at mcdonalds and only stopped out of convenience. After this fiasco I will never eat at a mcdonalds again.

I went to go get food and when I was at the window, the worker handed me my food and said have a nice day. When that happens, that means all your food is given so you may leave. I got home to find out that I was missing HALF OF MY ORDER. I went back and there was a long line so I had to wait in line and when I got back to the window I told them what happened. So they got me the missing food and since I had to drive back and wait in line my fries got cold.I asked the worker if they could at least change my fries since they got cold since I had to come back for the rest of my food. She said the manager said no so I talked to the manager and she was giving an attitude and being ugly saying that it was my fault that I supposedly drove off and took forever to come back to get the food. First of all, the worker said thank you have a nice day so that already says your food has all been given. I don’t get paid to do your job I’m not gonna check the food for you to see if you did your job. She was very adamant that i drove off on my own free will, but they did not tell me I had 2 bags, I was just dismissed. So then I gave her the fries and she still had the audacity to be like “did you eat the fries”.I was like no I had to drive back and brought everything they first gave me in the same bag.She was giving attitude and her facial expressions were giving RBF.FOR HER TO BE THE MANAGER, she did not handle the situation as a manager should’ve.When it’s the stores mistake, at least have the decency to apologize but that didn’t even come out their mouths. The coworker who had given me the food at first when she saw me gave like an “oh shoot” type of face with a smile like she knew they messed up.

Great employees at this location! Not the usual “i hate my job atmosphere” really friendly staff. I placed a mobile order and my order said ‘5140 Rufe Snow’ but they were unable to locate my order. I blame an odd glitch because it confused us all! missed out on my mobile coupon but that’s okay for the experience Thank you for taking care of my order!

My wife and I just stopped for a shake & and ice-cream cone. You can't mess up an Ice-cream cone so it was alright, but my chocolate shake had way too much syrup in it. I went in and asked for a vanilla shake instead and I think it have too much also. This is the 2nd time this has happened. So beware of the shakes at this location.

Yikes....they gave me the completely wrong order (three times) and made it seem like it was my fault. So after 30 minutes, I finally got the semi correct order with a side of attitudes. Fantastic ? (so in all of that time, I still did NOT get the correct order, but I didn't have any more time to wait. They made me late for something)
