Just went through the drive…Jenny P took our order. She was so friendly and got my order straight (despite me messing it up!). Great service from her—so wanted to give her a shout-out! I’ll add this McDonald’s has never messed up our order. We drive a bit further to come to this one as I know it will be done right.

It was the worst experience. It was 5 o’clock at night and it took 20 minutes to get our food even though there’s only two cars ahead of us super slow, super frustrating and rude. I am not a picky person and I tend never to leave reviews, but this was bad.

No pickles requests dont seem to mean anything at all. Not sure what the disconnect is. This shd be first day training.... "see these little green discs? .... those are called pickles"

Went through drive thru only one car in front of me yet it took a few minutes for a shake and fries. And fries were cold, old and cold. The guy who took my card was very nice and had great customer service. Won't comment on anyone else.

this should be no stars or negative stars....I arrived ordered my cheeseburger extra pickles and medium fry. I was the only car here ordering. No one was at the pay window and no one was at the pick up window 1 or 2. I waited at window 2 and then other cars started ordering and coming through. I saw about 3-5 cars pay and get their food. After not having any of those cars be the cheeseburger and fry you would think they would check the second pay window for the car but they didn't and you could see all the cars having to do wide maneuvers to get around a car blocking their way. I sent my daughter inside to tell them I was at the second window so they could come get the money.....and they rudely said to her "hand me the money"...my daughter who is 10 came out crying. I parked my car and went inside told them what happens and asked why my daughter was crying and their excuse was only two people were working...I have no sympathy for the way they handled the situation or how they treated my daughter as a former employee of McDonald's in the states of IL, WA, & AZ state from the ages of 16-23 unfortunately for them they work at McDonald's where the customer is always right and they expect their employees to give great customer service unless they have changed things since I worked at McDonald's. I will never come back to this particular McDonald's ever again..terrible service and rude employee... I was myself rude when I got inside their since I went into mama bear mode when my child came out crying so no excuse there.

This is my favorite McDonald's. The food is always fresh & the frappes never disappoints. Only reason they didn't get a 5 star us because the always forget my sauce for my nuggets & I always forget to check before I pull off.., LolThe staff are professional & friendly as well.
