I've liked everything I've tried from here and never had any issues. The delivery people are always nice. Sign up for emails and all that because whenever you earn a free pizza, Large and Specialty ones are applicable. I ordered tonight and got an $18 pizza for free!I don't know how y'all got it right, but y'all know how to run a store! Thank you for being a dependable location :)

My last 3 pizzas have been garbage!!! We pay good money for your food not to be up to standards! Mr. Jim's was our favorite pizza until your employees decided to just give us what they choose to give us. I live too far to bring them back and I keep coming to you all praying you will get it right again. I'm very disappointed in your product and service. I'll try back in a couple of months!

Not very well managed. Several times. I have arrived and the lobby has been closed due to their being no manager on duty. What is confusing, is there is staff inside, but they will not allow customer inside without a manager. This location needs to revise who they bring on for leadership.

My dad & I ordered delivery tonight, they were quick & prompt . The delivery man was so sweet. I had their wings for the first time, they weren’t my favorite as I would probably get them well done if I ordered them again, BUT they gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. Left a note for mostly flats, & they I understood the assignment for me. They gave me one drum & I wasn’t even upset with that. I know some places won’t do that so I wasn’t expecting all flats if they didn’t have that option. My dad ate his entire pizza. I had a slice, & it was AMAZING. As always! Mr. Jim’s NEVER disappoints. This was a new location for us, but SO MUCH thought & effort into our order. Thank you for all you do! We <3 you!

Haven’t had Mr. Jim’s since I was a kid and it did not disappoint everything was fresh and hot. And it was also very good deal for the price totally worth it will definitely be coming back.

We ordered the sticky fingers and a large pepperoni, bacon and jalapeños along with Jim Sticks and ranches and garlic butter. Everything was cooked beautifully and we even got an extra pizza sauce that we didn’t order but they know we needed! Our delivery driver was the best!
