I love coming here. The atmosphere and the ambience is relaxing. The beignets are made always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The coffee is a little cheaper than Starbucks. I'm from Louisiana and the coffee and Cafe au lait is spot on. I recommend to order cafe au lait with beignets. I usually come to PJs once a week. The drink below is Mardi Gras Latte.
No scones ready. None. Why? If you know you're running low due to a rush, get more baking. Easy. Irish coffee drink ordered hot was luke warm and not good at all. Tasted like something I would make at home in my Keurig. I liked the atmosphere, but was not impressed with the service or quality of their product.

Very beautiful interior, overall a very good place. The owner is very sweet and will acknowledge you and your guests every time. Her employees are definitely happy with where they are. Have been wanting to try this place after I heard they had Beignets and King Cake. The service is pretty awful. Walked in and was not greeted. Was hard to tell where to order. Finally placed my Order and took a seat. The Cashier never asked my name so another employee was walking around the location asking the other customers if the Beignets and King Cake I had ordered were theirs. When the items were finally handed to me I asked what about the drink? He said the drink was still being made. Finally after waiting about 10 minutes my drink is completed and taken down to the opposite end of counter from where I am standing. Also it was a King Cake Iced Latte which is not what I had ordered. I tossed the drink since I don't like Lattes and definitely did not want to wait another 10 minutes to have the drink order corrected. Not sure why the service is so sloppy. There were 3 employees that I could see and it was very slow. After leaving I ate the Beignets. They were ok but nothing special. I hope this King Cake is good so I can salvage something positive from this overall quite negative experience. I really regret splurging on this place.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. It smells like sugar and coffee right when you walk in ? The manager was so nice and made sure we were taken care of. A skinny vanilla latte is my go to drink and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be back!

The egg bites were were frozen in the middle and they served the drink with syrup all over the the side of the cup. They only provided napkins when I requested them.
The staff was extremely nice and they recommended to try the King Cake Latte and Beignet. The coffee was wonderful and the beignet were the best I had in Fort Worth.

We stopped here early Sunday afternoon, excited to try the coffee and beignets. We were immediately greeted and had our order taken-the staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered a Cookie Dough Latte, Butter Rum Latte, and 3 Beignet Bites-Honey, Strawberry, and Original. Everything was prepared quickly. The coffees were piping hot, and the flavors were outstanding. These are among the best I’ve had in this area. The beignets were freshly made, hot, and the strawberry and honey fillings tasted great. The restaurant was nicely decorated, with a wide variety of seating and tables for relaxing or working. We so enjoyed our coffee and beignets and look forward to returning and trying the other flavors. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for an excellent coffee shop!Parking: Free parking lot right in front

So, first time here. Dessert we ordered was amazing, I picked a small coffee. Came to $10, which I thought was crazy. I would have given a better review, but my two tiny things I ordered took 30 minutes, in the drive-through!! Not one person came to tell me what was taking so long. If anyone would have come to explain, I would not have been as upset. Should have offered me a discount or coupon or something. There are 15 coffee shops around this one, I just did not get it.
