Had to wait a bit for someone to be at the pick up station. She wasn't very happy with me. I went to kitchen door let them know 2 people waiting on orders she was not too pleased at first then she eased up on the attitude. This has never ever happened before. It's always been so easy and friendly. Where did your manager go? He still there? He was always friendly.

Terrible Service this Go around My Fiancé Literally just left from Picking up our Online order. When he arrived He stated the customers In front Of him got asked if everything, was alright and if the staff could get them anything else. When it was his turn to come to the counter to Get our order. He Stated He told them The name The order was under and they immediately gave him the food no have a nice day Or anything and they walked off. Once I received my food Brisket Was Dry My burnt Ends are Literally Burnt and Chewy. My mac and cheese Isn’t mac’n or cheese’n very much dry. My fiancé’s fries were overly soggy. Mind you we spent a total of $71-$72. Which is Too close to $100 for the service and food we received . Seems Like the last fee times we’ve went there the staff has an attitude or just not happy to be there. If I could Give a zero out of ten I would have. It suck because typically they don’t give us no problems.

Some very tasty BBQ and sides! This place is so delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Mackenzie was our server and did a fantastic job at making sure we were taken care of during our visit. Definitely will be back again soon, there are so many things to try!
My only complaint is there's not more locations.....?

I ordered the quart of pudding. As you see in the picture, it’s half full. I ordered it without whipped cream but are you telling me that they put half a quart of whipped cream on it normally?I also ordered a Cobb salad. It showed up with no eggs.

Picked up the rib/wing special with a side. It was so so good that I came back a week later for a repeat treat. Even though they seem very short staffed, I was treated professionally and kind. The food was great. Will be back.
