Customer service is horrid at this location. I went to this location for the first time and I will not be returning. I ordered online and went through the drive thru. The guy with black curly hair and glasses was extremely rude. I told him my name and he proceeded to ask what did I order with an attitude. Then he snappishly asked what was my name again, when clearly my name was on the cup he was holding. I did call him rude and he proceeded to almost toss the cup at me and closed the window.I was appalled and had to ask myself if that just happened. This is not the normal location that I go to and will surely be my last.

I LOVE this location. The girls are fast and always have my order ready when I get there. Not to mention, they don't let the smoothies sit out until you get there! This location is out of the way for me, but I'm gonna keep coming here, I feel they are definitely worth it.

Never coming back to this location. I went to this location for the first time yesterday after the gym (Saturday Aug 20 ) around 745pm. I went thru the drive thru ...I haven't been to a smoothie king for a while so I was taking some time to see all the options and no one was behind me so I didn't rush ...the guy (guy with lashes and lipstick) was kinda rushing me ...so I order quickly and pull up to the window he takes my card and rolls his eyes at me and then slams the window in my face as loud as he could ...i get they were about to close but I worked at Starbucks for 8 years ..you can't treat your customers like that just because you wanna go home m.if u hate your job so much you need to find a new one. Then I asked for a to go menu so I could be prepared for next time I visit he he rolled his eyes again .....then a girl is the one who gave me my drink and she was just as rude no smiling just eye rolling and my drink was a mess. Will not be coming back to this location and these two miserable kids need to find a different job

This is the 2nd time I’ve came here an there was an issue with my smoothie !The 1st time they didn’t fill my cup up all the way ! There so reason I should be past half a cup in a short 5 mins drive to the house an I had the largest size ! They gave me a styrofoam cup so I didn’t realize how much was in here until I left . Today I went back hoping for a different experience an my smoothie was not a smoothie! It did not have the smoothie texture! I even put it in the freezer for it to thicken back up an it was still loose! I’m beginning to really dislike going to this location!

Just sat in and had a delicious fresh smoothie bowl with pitaya, banana, mango and coconut. The Hi Five bowl. Yum, it hit the spot on a hot Texas summer afternoon. It's really cute here. The sitting area has a clean, comfy, modern atmosphere. The staff is hard at work and very friendly. Very neat and clean. Great Smoothie King

I got The Activator® Recovery Strawberry Banana smoothie and it was really good and definitely replenishes energy. The staff was quick and very nice.
