Most of the food could not be eaten. Fries and Onion rings were so greasy they went to trash. Hamburger meat was so hard on edges from freezer burn, it went into trash with fries. We have gone here since it opened but need to take a break, wasted fifty bucks today….

I got corn dogs and tots. They both tasted...odd. Maybe the oil needed changing or something.

I love Sonic but sadly, I will not order from here anymore.Twice I ordered ice cream (sonic blasts) to be exact thru Uber Eats. Both times I received them totally melted and very little toppings even after paying for extra topping.They should not fix icecreams until the driver arrives because it should not be melted when I live less than a mile from the restaurant.Tonight I stopped in and ordered my usual medium blast with Oreo and Reese's topping added, and my daughter got a mini Oreo with cookie dough added. Got home and both of them only had topping on top, none in the middle or bottom meaning they weren't mixed up at all. Very little toppings and I paid $10 for that? Day shift and night shift cannot make ice cream?The one on Davis in Keller and the one on Denton Hwy have no problem adding appropriate toppings and mixing them, why can't this location?

Sonic Store 4282 - The published hours for this location are 10a - 10p. I arrived today (11/17/23) at 9:52pm and proceeded to place an order (red button). I ordered a #1 Combo with Cheese. I was informed by the young lady who took my order that the grill was closed... therefore I was being refused service. The hours posted don't say 10a-10p except the grill...it is simply 10a-10p. As a customer, I left feeling that Sonic does not value my business. If this had been your competition, McDonald's, Whataburger, Wendy's, etc. I would have been served or at the very least comped the meal I was not served by your employees.Sonic told me that they were going to comp me a RT 44 drink...I have yet to see it credited to my account.

Once again, I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, but it came with the bacon. I asked for mustard in lieu of mayo, but it came with nothing, not even the ketchup that should have been included. The Tater Tots tasted like they were make last week. Both arrived at my car very cold. I shall not try a third time.

May start off with the girl that brought the order, she was extremely nice polite and professional, but I ordered ahead using the online order was supposed to pick The order up at 4:45 p.m. I arrived at 4:42 told them I was here and they said it would be right out. The screen popped up showing that the order was in the kitchen being made not on its way out but I was a few minutes early so around 12 minutes later it said that it was on its way out. While I was there someone else had a online order pulled up and received their food and was gone before I was. I don't think they actually started cooking it until I arrived, what's the point in ordering ahead if I'm takes longer to get the food then it would if I would have just pulled up.? Anyway my sonics order reviews usually get five stars this one's only going to get one

They COMPLETELY got my order wrong. I asked for 4 cheeseburgers with mayo and everything on them. I got 4 plain cheeseburgers. No mayo or anything. ..nothing but cheese.Also asked for large fries and drinks. I was told that it wasn't on the order and wasn't charged for them. I received all mediums.The girl acted put out to go back in to get the receipt. . So, I mistakenly let it go. I didn't realize until later that the burgers were all wrong.I'll never go back.

Every time I go here screen doesn’t work, the food is somewhat burnt, and they either get my order wrong from ordering or forget something when bringing it. Go to any other sonic!
