I believe they switched workers at the drive through while we were waiting in line, because the lady who took our order was extremely nice, but we were met with an awfully rude person at the window. Incredibly rude and tried charging me for the person that was behind’s order... She then rolled her eyes when I tried correcting her. Will definitely not be coming to this Starbucks again. I really enjoyed my service and the new cold foam options they are offering. I didn't enjoy the messy seating and large amount of young students.(Still five stars because they can't just kick out their young customers haha)

Wish I could give them zero stars. After coming here extremely regularly for years with my mom, we are never going back. Was fine for years. Then MAJOR attitude over "nothing" requests that "violate their policy". of our request to take the tea bag out before we drive away. Otherwise it seriously tastes like an old shoe when the tea bag sits in that long until we get home and wait in their long drive through line. Overpriced. Beyond rude. Long waits in drive through and the people we dealt with "scolded" us heavily about the tea bag request. We got talked to in the most cold, impersonal, condescending, nasty and robotic tone two days in a row. They then closed the window on us without giving my mom her change. Then when my mom asked for her change they acted like we were causing trouble. Will never go to this or any Starbucks again. I told a worker that we were never coming back and she just looked at us with a poker face and said "Ok" with a totally flat expression and tone. Where is the customer service in these types of interactions? We as long time customers were treated like we were being rude when they were being rude. For that matter, I'm not going to any Starbucks ever again anywhere. Overall, we were treated with disdain. I see that all of the reviews for this location have zero responses over the years from any kind of management/ownership which speaks volumes.
