My wife order her food on line as we set in our suv at 5:00pm on March 28,2024. We had ten minutes for them to finish the food. The 2 young lady's stop fixing my wife food because a man and a lady came into their store. They started fixing the 2 people food that came in. OMG I guess we was not important enough.I got out of our SUV and walked into the Subway and she finished my wife food as I ask her for I.The place was not clean. People run from this place if I was you.

I ordered pickup for 2 footlongs through the app exactly how I always do every where else but these were terrible. I barely had anything in the sub it was all bread and very very less veg/protein

I forgot older lady name sharada or something idk. That was the laziest way to make a sandwhich. Like I get it it’s subway, but I woulda just went somewhere else if she was gona make it like that. Half the meat is hanging off the side barely in the bread some folded some not some vertical some horizontal. Like I get it it’s subway, but takes no more time to make it properly rather then me having to remake it when I get home. It’s not hard to just stick to the same way you make it everytime. Fold it don’t fold don’t care but shouldn’t be all over the place and hanging mostly off the side of the bread especially when your charging 14$ for a basic sandwhich with a drink and chips. Thats a lot for a sandwhich. Not like they were 5$ foot longs anymore. It is what it is though just laziness.

Customer service excellent the food clean and fresh from all the around my house this location the best one and I prefer to drive 10min to this location because they always have the whole store clean , fresh food clean and the customer service. Amazing. The two ladies they work there they need a big raise for their excellent work.

They don't do Breakfast sandwiches, open at 08:30 & have not no eggs, What's wrong with Subway? They suck, I loved Breakfast, hopefully it's not the whole chain, just this one! If so Charley's Sandwiches ? are so much better tasting ?!

Lots of mixed reviews. They must have new staff based on the previous comments. So they don't understand English as well, but that's ok, English was my second language too. The place was clean, the bathroom was had soap, that's a plus. The restaurant was clean and ingredients weren't just everywhere on the counter like other Subways. I would of liked the young lady to swap out gloves whenever she touches anything but food, so that was probably the only downside. I would come back here.

Beware: ThievesI have notified this subway on multiple occasions scandalize. I’ve gone here on 3 occasions where I ordered 3 cookies and was charged for an extra cookie @ $0.92. The first time I thought it was a mistake, the second time I was slightly annoyed but still thought of it as a mistake but this third time I find it trashy. Neither time did I go back for a refund because of the small amount and I’m always rushing in and out for work.I paid $20 including a tip for a sandwich drink chip and cookies. This is already a lot that the customer is spending on a sandwich single meal. This is a serious pet peeve. I can’t stand a penny pincher!Please pay attention. They don’t show you the tally, you have to actually get the receipt from the bag and check. For the record the older Indian lady is the one that does it. Not sure about everyone else but I think the is manager, owner or related.Just be careful and watch your money at this Subway

Recently went there with my sisters trying to order 3 sandwich’s and had the worst customer service I’ve ever had at the subway and got interrupted plenty of times by these two African American women and got called stupid because they couldn’t understand basic English don’t ever go to this location

I ordered on the app and somehow had my order stolen. I was trying to figure out what happened and the lady there was being rude for no reason and very unprofessional saying someone else came and got it and they wouldn’t make me another one or give me a refund. I wouldn’t be surprised if she had her boyfriend come take my order or something. Contacted support and they wouldn’t give me a refund. Good luck at this place.

The staff is rude they have roaches and the floors are dirty the staff doesn't wash their hands and the windows are dirty
