We took our grandkids to Wendy’s in North Richland Hills, Tx. The food was terrible, hurriedly made. It was very bad. Then the grandkids wanted a certain drink from the machine that offered a wide variety of drinks. Unfortunately, 80% of the choices were unavailable. They had to settle for a drink that they really didn’t want. It was a bad experience all the way around!

I cannot believe nothing but lime coke or limeade. Why have coke machine when nothing available and seems like the cream soda is always out which is my favorite drink

Apparently the days of the dollar frosty are dead. I got 2 small frosties charged 20 cents more than what menu stated. Total was $5.25. Guy working seemed overwhelmed, but was also kinda rude. I won't be back.

Terrible experience!If I could give 0 stars, I would give it to them! Nobody at the front; the floor was wet all over. After waiting 20 minutes for my order, I asked for a refund, and they told me they don’t do that. So, I have to wait again for my food! I won’t ever come back. I also witnessed one of the employees being rude to one of the DoorDash people.

It's a Wendy's. It's not like I'm judging them on what grade of EVOO they use or if the foie gras is fresh. I give this one high marks b/c they were short handed and there computers were on the fritz but they made everything right. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I mean that seriously. Like they were smiling and asking us how our day was. The only reason that I couldn't give a fifth star is because there were a lot of little things that needed attention. Probably b/c they were short handed. The bathroom wasn't dirty but it was out of paper towels. The soda machine was out of most of the flavors. They were almost out of napkins.

Twice I ordered food here due to the cheap offers, but both times, I placed my order at home and then took 10 minutes to arrive, only to find they didn't even begin my order yet when most other places already have my order ready upon my arrival. And both visits, I had to have upwards to 30 minutes pass since the order was initially placed before I actually got everything.This isn't helped by the fact that the first time, they somehow mixed up the receipt on the orders, leaving me lacking of confidence and forcing me to investigate and check my order when the cashier just switched the receipts once I complained. And the second time, they had to ask multiple times to verify what I had in my order. Friendly smiles, I'll give them that. But that does little to disguise the fact that I could have gotten faster service for cheaper elsewhere. Or worse in this places case, made dinner and had time to relax in the time it took to get my order here.

Absolutely one of the most disorganized and under staffed locations I have ever been to! I kept hearing employees complain the gm was hardly ever available when they desperately needed their help! I can appreciate general managers needing time off, but good night, support your staff by being available to them WHEN THEY NEED YOU or respond in a timely manner, just saying! I feel absolutely awful for these employees for not getting assistance they needed because their general manager refuses to make themself available TO ALL STAFF when they need them!It seems alot of the disorganization also may seem to come from the fact they have extremely new employees in the evening and hardly any seasoned and experienced employees to help the shift run smoother. The new employees are just getting set up for failure like this!The food is ok. I mean it’s Wendy’s? So ?‍♀️ The customer service is decent, not great or spectacular, but not horrible eitherThis has the potential to be an amazing store with great employees, but until they get better upper management, I don’t see it happening
