Worst service ever. Two lanes open I'm the first car for several minutes with no one in the other lane and yet three cars came forward in the other lane and we're all served before mine. We ordered one item. When demetri the assistant manager was told he didn't really have an explanation really didn't care. I would avoid this place if at all possible. there's a Whataburger just down the street on precinct line. The lady in the car behind me was even more frustrated and had a few choice words for all of them in the restaurant. No one takes accountability irresponsibility anymore.

Was turned away bc I couldn’t order a biscuit. Bc they aren’t serving anything fried at the time.Ummmm. Ok. Explained. Still turned away bc I asked for hash browns with the plain biscuit. I even said I would just take the biscuit.The fact that the staff was so rude and just plain off about how things are prepared was alarming.This place use to get everything right. But now it is more of a disaster and dismissive attitude.Not going back again after my long day at work.

Considering that only one item that I ordered for Biscuits & gravy took over 15 minutes at 5AM without any other car in the drive thru is a shame to even try to order from here. Won’t be going back ever

Food is always awesome. Burgers are a bit smaller. That's normal, prices soar, food shrinks.
I decided to get the new whatawings. Not to mention I’m on my lunch break.I ordered my food and proceeded to the drive thru window. Customer service was poor. No emotion at all.. I was a little skeptical. Paid for my food . Drove off to eat my lunch at my jobsparking lot . The chicken was gummy like it had been sitting for a while..I really did try to eat it . But all I could think was I work to hard to deserve a meal so sorry.Proceeded back to whataburger. Considering the time I just requested a refund and was just goin to go to chic fil a.The older woman frowned up when the other guy relayed the message. I told them the food was really cold and I tried to eat it and he told me to hold on. Instead of atleast fixing the problem another employee who seemed more polite gave me my refund in cash when I paid with my card..I didn’t understand why they had an attitude … I wasn’t disrespectful at all. I literally took the time to bring the food back on my lunch break because it wasn’t acceptable. I wish I would of took a picture before they took the food back.
Great Customer Service!!!!!Friendly staff!!!!!I love their egg, cheese, and potato breakfast burritos!!!!! Grandmere believes that Dr. Pepper from Whataburger is the best!!!!!They're so yummy in my tummy!!!!Although, most Texans come for the burgers!!!!! The menu has something for everyone!!!!! That spicy ketchup is yummy, too!!!!! Their is plenty of parking and seating available!!!!! Very family friendly environment!!!!!!! Great for everyone!!!!
So much better than the Denton Highway location, which used to be my go-to Whataburger(they suck now). This place is fast, friendly and makes a great meal. You're my new go-to Whataburger. Thank you!
