I thoroughly enjoy food and service every time we have gone to Texas Roadhouse. Even so, we do not go there very often due to the very loud environment. The music is always loud which makes the customers have to talk louder to hear each other. Any time we go, I have to put plugs in my ears to make eating in the restaurant possible. I battle migraines, and volume above approximately 70 decibels often triggers a migraine. Texas Roadhouse decibel reading averages 82 decibels. We have gone to them in San Antonio, Athens, Roanoke, Amarillo (Texas) and Sacramento. Every one has been very loud. This results in causing me to have to pack up my food to leave before finishing it so as not to bring on a migraine.Personally, this restaurant chain could easily be a favorite if it promoted a more enjoyable atmosphere.

Selecting the family meal option for takeout proved to be a convenient choice! I appreciated the ease of ordering without having to enter the establishment. My experience was enhanced by prompt service and flavorful food! Love their rolls and cinnamon butter.

Went early on a Tuesday evening and enjoyed a perfect meal. Staff was excellent and attentive, food arrived quickly and done exactly as requested, and atmosphere busy and happy with families enjoying food and company. We love TR… and our dogs love when we arrive home with extras for them!❤️❤️
Dined in with friends, waitress could have been friendlier and checked on the table way more. Rattle snake bites have become pretty expensive for what you get and 2 of our 11 count were empty shells with no filling. Fries that came out with the meal had maybe 8-10 burnt fries so had to send those back and request an actual serving. Over all could have been a better experience.
