I like Marcos but the older woman (I assume to be the manager) is rude. Also I've ordered double sauce on my pizza four times and haven't gotten it once, bizarre.

The young lady that was putting the pizza in the carton was very angry about something , but the way she was slamming the cartons on the counter was very unprofessional when there’s customers in the restaurant. That’s why I give atmosphere two stars .Other then that pizzas are very good .

Our family loves Marcos when they are on it. We would order once a week if they could stay consistent. Unfortunately our pizza is different every time we order. Sometimes overcooked, undercooked, way too much cheese, not enough toppings, lacking flavor or just darn right delicious. Their pizza is like dating the hot crazy girl!

I've been ordering from this location since they opened - till now, they haven't missed giving me delicious pizza. I can’t say for others, but in my opinion, this location is pretty steady in delivering great pizza. Service is good; overall, I would recommend this location.

Pro-The food was delivered in a timely manner. Food was hot and delicious. Con- The drinks were not included and when I tried to call I was in hold for 20 mins. I hung up.

I ordered a pizza tonight for delivery online. First they did not have everything on their menu. Second I had to wait almost an hour an half for the deliver because they have no delivery drivers. When i called to ask about why my delivery the young lady said it was out for deliver. then a half hour later I get a notification that door dash was delivering my order. So she lied about my order being out for delivery. Then they deliver my order but it was an incomplete. I called to see if they could deliver the chicken they forgot to deliver. The young lady told me they could only refund the price of the chicken and not the taxes. I tried to ask her why and she hung up on me. I called again, Then some kid pretending to be a manager could not figure out that they charged me taxes and they were not refunding it back to me. Terrible customer service.

Food is pretty good, Service is terrible. Second time they couldn't deliver. When the estimate delivery time became 10minutes past I called. They said "short on delivery drivers and when the delivery driver got back it would be another 20 minutes" putting it 30 minutes past estimate. I said ok well is our order ready. Yes it was. So now you want to deliver my pizza 30 minutes cold? I would have rather gotten a phone call saying "hey we notice you just place a delivery, we are short on drivers tonight would rather change your order to pick up or you ok with your order another 30 minutes plus we won't put in oven until it can be delivered?" Nope our only option was well do you want me to refund you? I guess refund me. I called back to speak with manager or get the owner of store got hung up on. If that was my store I would want to know. Both times I called my call was answered immediately so they couldn't have been that busy IMO

I ordered delivery and it was a large order. A man knocked at our door just as we were going to call about the long wait ,he said he lived down the road and found our pizzas on his porch (don't know him) but lucky for us he had our personal info. on the receipt. Nice guy , he wouldn't take the tip. But I think he took a slice which he deserves I guess. Thanks for the cold used pizza Marco
