I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the service I received from the lady who served me my drink through the drive-thru this evening. She was extremely rude and did not make my drink correctly. I had asked for light ice and extra strawberries in my drink, but she seemed annoyed and slammed the window shut before handing me the drink. Even though I had requested extra strawberries during the drive-thru order, she did not put them in my drink. When I asked her about it while receiving my drink, just to make sure, she became angry and told me that she had already put two scoops in it. Her tone and behavior were very outrageous. I am bringing this to the attention of the appropriate authorities, so that no one else has to go through this experience. I visit this store two to three times a week, and she is the only employee who behaves this way. This is not the first time she has acted rudely towards me. I didn't want to complain before, but since it has happened several times, I felt it was essential to do so. I attached a copy of my receipt below

Why aren't the napkins, straws, and cup sleeves self serve? I hate asking the busy workers for something that in every other store is self serve. It feels uninviting and stingy. The staff are amazing! They make the drinks perfect and are kind no matter how busy they are. It would just be nice if this store had the little station full of coffee amenities for customers that other stores have.

I made a mobile order and selected the wrong location and they still made my order instead of making me drive all the way across town to the store I accidentally selected. 5/5 for customer service! :)

Please don't work here.This place has Toxic Management. You will Overworked and underpaid. Lied too about promotions and pay raises, Also have to deal with a Terrible work schedule (less then 12 hours a week) when full time. Go work somewhere that treats you right ?

I ordered the new chicken and egg breakfast sandwich and got food poisoning :( This is such a shame, because the coffee was amazing! I hope they figure out this problem soon.
the actual items are always good, however they don’t have sugar, sleeves, straws, and the stoppers available. you have to ask them and feel like a bother since they are running around and busy. i forgot to ask for a sleeve and almost burnt my hand carrying it out of the store.

I have never been this happy with a Starbucks location!! I travel aot and I also had my regular locations. The customer service is top notch here. They know how to treat a customer who comes to a place for that perfect cup of whatever they want! Seriously! I can't wait till buisness picks up and they're open later!! Great Job on this 1 guys! Still the best. Wish they were open until 11:00pm like back in the day..I'd keep them in buisness for sure! lol

The drinks are really very delicious. But the prices are too high. And the amount of calories in a drink is too much. Have a normal coffee, it is the healthiest option.
