I had such a great experience dining here. From the very first bite you can tell the food is authentic Italian. 10/10.

We ordered 2 trays of pasta and garlic breadsticks. It was brought out to my car timely and hot. The person who brought the trays out saw my leather interior and went back inside to get something to place under the hot trays so they wouldn’t ruin my seats. I really appreciate her going above and beyond. The pasta was a hit! Family loved the food! We have been fans for years, and the quality of the service and food is why. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

about 4 maybe 5 years ago, something changed. Your service, food, even the atmosphere changed for the worse. Things came out uncooked / undercooked / overcooked, most of the servers were either non existent or just plain didn't care, and other things were just constantly off. I ordered the chicken parm a couple times and and every time it was rubbery or under cooked. This place WAS amazing and an absolute hidden treasure from most. It turned into a nightmare and it seems to have run its course at this point. There are, of course, the old faithful crowd that supports this family and the owner (which I'd love to do in ANY other way than purchasing the overrated food). The prices have always been subpar, but nothing extreme or TOO expensive, so going back didn't seem a problem until I received two (2) undercooked chickens IN A ROW one right after another during a meal. Luckily I didn't end up extremely sick, though, one (1) undercooked chicken should never happen!!Personally, I think they focused WAY too much on trying to do catering and large groups over their nice restaurant and trying to bring in more customers normally.

Today at lunch we dined at Pallotta’s. Mariska was our server. As busy as it was, she was beyond outstanding. The food was exceptional, as well. Truly, it was a six star experience because it was perfect… and then some!

Last Friday night my family hosted a rehearsal dinner for my son and his bride to be at Pallotta's Italian Grill. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for this special occasion! From the start, Phil Nicosia was organized and very informative about all of our options. He was happy to accommodate my son, who has Celiac, by serving him his own gluten free option, and another guest who is a vegetarian. He kept a very specific email thread with me to work out all of the details, and nothing was missed! We had 50 people in attendance and the private banquet room was the perfect layout. We were able to decorate the tables and set it up in a way that everyone was allowed to visit and move around comfortably. Our servers, Shawna and Mariska were amazing!! They were extremely efficient and ready to help with anything we asked! We were also able to watch a slide show while we ate. The food was delicious and everyone raved about the evening. If you’re needing a spot for a party or special event, this is the place to go!

I was told a salad was lettuce with some shredded cabbage and carrots but sense it’s “free” they don’t really care. The cook came out and confronted me over the salad and he is the one that said it was free implying I was lucky to beGetting it. He bragged that he has been there for over 25 years but when he prepared our food it had so much lemon in it we could not eat it; and yes he was watching us. Guess it true, sometimes it’s best to not say anything because then will mess with your food. This is sad because I’ve been going there for over 30 years. Sad, another one bites the dust. Maybe it’s time to check the chef.

Worst service and food...so rude and slow. Lexi dropped food on the table and left it there. Save your money just go to Olive garden at this point.

The food was excellent. But I have to say the waitress was OUTSTANDING. I wish I had got her name but didn't. I can not say enough about how excellent she was.
