When we first walked into the restaurant, it had a funny smell to it. It wasn't a clean smell. We waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone came from the back. At that, as soon as the one who preps the food said "ah man.." as if we were an inconvenience to be there. We immediately walked out simply because of the attitude we were given without even placing an order. Bad attitude = bad service.

The manager and cook were the only people there today and they were killing it. I guess they had people call out and they are doing a wonderful job.The manager was so polite and kind. This is the best Arby’s ever.The food is amazing too.
