We used to love this place. The fact that there were only a few cars in the parking lot at dinner time should have been a big clue. We will not be going back anytime soon. The food was so salty you couldn't eat it. The only thing that was good about this was the chips and red and green salsa.

I’m thankful I survived to share this. We agreed to eat here despite a food shortage, but what happened next was a nightmare…We arrived at 6:30pm, the time of our reservation for 9 people. We were seated right away and things seemed ok.When our food hadn’t arrived and our cups were dry at 7:30, concern set in.At 7:45 we learned one of the dishes couldn’t be made. We feared that meant another hour waiting but miraculously the food appeared at 8:00. Only 90 min after arriving!It wasn’t warm and even my four year old was scared to eat hers. Some of the chicken was brown.After some of our brave family members tried the food, we decided to go home for pb&j sandwiches.I would highly recommend thinking hard about putting yourself through this.

We met a couple there for dinner. Plenty of chips & salsa, we added large queso to start. While the others ordered mexican food plates, I got the broiled chicken sandwich & fries. I drank two margaritas. The sandwich was so good and drinks?were perfect. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

To start off I called them to ask about wait time and they said there was no wait, I get there 2 min after I called and they said there was a 15 min wait ended up waiting almost 30 min. I got seated and waited 10 min for a server to tend to my table, she got our drink order and brought it to us then she just left, we had to wait another 15 min for her to come back and take our food order. We waited another 30 min for our food and it looked and tasted like it was cooked in a microwave. We were never offered drink refills and when i flagged her down to get refills she said she would get it and peft the table, I didnt see her again after that. It was absolutely the worst service I've had at restaurant. I don't recommend wasting your money here.

Tried this again. My daughter had to yell out if we could be seated since we were not acknowledged by any staff members even though they looked at us. Had a simple order of nachos grande and this took them 40 minutes. Other customers that came in after us had their food. Had to get it to go since my daughter had to go to work. Will not go there again.

Took forever for food to reach the table. A couple that ordered at the same time as us got their food, ate it, and left before we got our food. The food was horrible. 2 out of 10. Waitress didn’t keep drinks filled. The dust that we complained about being in middle areas above tables at the beginning of August was still there. Nasty!!! The manager didn’t even ask us how our dinner was. My husband said that for her to hear, and she walked away.

The food quality is not as it was.Cheese enchiladas are not "homemade". Ranchero beans were thick, tasted like they were out of a can and had a bbq flavor to them.I will not go back.

We came inside and there was no host, no one around. There was maybe one or 2 customers that I could see sitting down at a table. We waited for 10+ minutes until someone finally did arrive and then walked off to help another customer. We could hear other employees in the background complaining. We finally just walked out. We will not be returning.
We came for lunch - my mom, me, 7 kids from 6 to 16. We were hungry and the kids were really good (not always the case). The place was mostly empty, and our waitress got our drinks and chips with salsas pretty quick. Then eventually she came back and got our food order. We ordered 2 spinach enchiladas, beef enchiladas, kids cheese enchiladas and cheese quesadillas, and a chicken quesadilla. All on the menu, no changes or modifications. 30 minutes later, we got 3 kids plates. 5 minutes after that, the other 2 kids plates. 5 minutes later, the spinach enchiladas and chicken quesadilla. After everyone had eaten, we asked about the beef enchiladas- she went to check on them. In the meantime, the people who were sat behind us got their 2 plates of beef enchiladas and ate them while we waited. Another table came in after us, ordered after us, and was finished before we got food. The food, when it came, was not good. Enchiladas were just hard flour tortillas rolled around dry filling with a little warm sauce on top. The spinach filling was very flavorful, but not warm and not much of it. The beans tasted like they were blended with canned chili - not terrible, but weird. The fries that came with kid meals were hard, very small, and there weren't many. And the beef enchiladas, when they came, were salty and very spicy with dry meat. AND there was hair in my rice.We used to LOVE this place - and the green dip is still so good - but we paid $85 for an extremely disappointing meal.

My husband and I didn't eat anything. We tried too but it was way to salty for us. First time we ever left a plate completely full and left. Waitress never checked on us. We paid $45 and decided we won't ever go back.

Our waitress was very nice. She did her job . Unfortunately the food was unacceptable. I've never written a bad review or left a restaurant without eating the food till today .. The cashier was making rude comments . We paid for our tra and didn't even drink that . Everything was disgusting . Dad to see because this used to be a good place to eat !!

It's okay for a fast food Mexican food I mean it seems like it's processed within a minute and nothing is really fresh except maybe the beans and rice. I mean I go there every year no matter what, because I celebrate my daughter's birthday that is now deceased there every year because that's what she liked every year.

Had lunch today. June 13th 2022Ther is no handicapp parking. I thought by law they h have to have .handicapp parking.The service was terrible! It took forever to get our order. The food was not hot, warm at best and wasn't good at all. If they do not improve they will not be in business much longer. It is really sad, because Casa Ole use to be really good.We will not be back.
